Man these reviews overwhooped. I thought since they had some decent reviews the food was gonna be decent right? I must’ve ordered the wrong thing or something because this food taste bland as hell. The best thing in here was the eggrolls. I got a spicy chicken and a chicken fried rice, the chicken in the rice and dry and has no flavor hence the pasty white color. Then the chicken isn’t even spicy- it don’t even have any flavor which is crazy. I paid 8.50 for that spicy chicken and half of the container was full of these thick cut vegetables i didn’t want. I feel like they most definitely played i wasted my 20 sum dollars because this is garbage. Oh yeah and it’s cash only, so if you wanna pay cash for some chinese food go to wingz in whiting. That’s what i should’ve did.

Some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had and I go here whenever I get the chance. Let me tell you, as someone who’s eaten here more than once, it’s been consistently great. Great food, especially the Chicken fried rice, beef and broccoli and lo mein. Always happy to make the trip and the owner is always lovely to have a conversation with.

I’ve tried many Chinese restaurants in the area and let me tell you that this is the best in town. Since the first time I tried their food, I was hooked . The food is always delicious and the portions are very generous. My favorite is General Tso’s Chicken, spicy of course . I highly recommend it. Service is always friendly and orders are prepared quickly.

This place is delicious and it’s a hit EVERY single time. My go to order is the Chicken Lo-Mein (Extra spicy). The service is top tier and the owners are always so nice and friendly. I’ve recommended this place to family and friends and they agree as well. Great food and great service, what more can you ask for?!

I agree with an earlier review… rice is bland. I also got a small lo mein- also super bland. Egg rolls were decent. Service over the phone could definitely improve. If you’re near Hegewisch just order from china Garden. Regret not calling them today.

It never fails. They say are open until 8pm. They stop answering the phone at 7pm. They lock the door at 7:30pm. Was standing outside the establishment at 7:45pm. They just looked at me like I was the problem. Third time.

I wish I could give a review of the food. The service was zero stars! After asking one question the little Asian lady blurted a remark that I couldn’t quite hear, threw her pen on the counter and walked away. I just canceled the order and I left. I refuse to spend money anywhere my dollars aren’t appreciated.
