My first time eating Burger King- it was better than expected. The staff provided great service, and the How to Train Your Dragon collaboration meal was really cute.

The folks working behind the counter can be much nicer than they’re . Every time I come here, I order food for work. I work night shift so I tend to get extras for later. I usually spend at least $15+ here and when I ask for extra sauce ( ranch/buffalo) they always give me the hardest time! If I want extra sauce I don’t mind paying but I’ve never had this issue at any other Burger King. Just this one. They give me so much attitude behind it. It’s not necessary. I won’t be returning to this location ever!

I don’t think I’ll be coming back here. I was trying to order and the lady taking my order kept talking over me to one of her coworkers and kept asking me to repeat myself. She also did not give me time to look over the menu. I ordered one thing and when I asked for a moment to see what else I wanted I was told to pull up to the window. When I got to the wi down I was then told I need to pull to the front because they needed to find more meat.
All in all I felt rushed and like I wasn’t there.

Placed order using mobile app and in store pickup. When I went for pickup the door was locked and had a notice “for all orders placed use drive through”. There is no point in placing mobile order with in store pickup option. The drive through was long, dead slow service, took 48 minutes to get my food from drive through window. TERRIBLE SERVICE .
Impossible whopper burger is good, deluxe chicken burger tasted good, but terrible packing, sauces and toppings were just overflowing, poor packing . Worst service .

Not sure how to rate a place that makes their own hours and closes an hour early than designated time repeatedly?
This location had always been problematic unfortunately.
I don’t like being negative about reviews.
I look for all aspects of feedback. But I’m struggling with this one. Regretting even bothering. They have the open sign on and eat in the main area and ignore people just trying to figure out the status? I see the employees inside ignoring anyone just trying to understand and they have no dignity other than being open and it was 11isg when I arrived.
They offered no explanation or sign and this is common at this location.
The manager might want to stay up on this behavior? May be problematic?

10.28.25 I ordered a Coke with no ice at the drive-thru, but when I got my order, it came with ice. I politely asked the person at the window to replace it with one without ice. She took the drink and said to her coworker, “Right now I hate people,” and then mentioned something like I had changed my mind about the ice. The food was good, but the customer service could be improved.

Ordered online and when I went through the drive through this older woman was extremely rude and impatient. Wouldn’t even try to enter our code into the system and instead told me to just go inside. I have a young child and going inside isn’t that easy. The food was fine, but won’t be going back just because of the service.

I went to this place a while ago, but the way the lady at the window treated me still haunts me. I’ve checked other people’s reviews and it seems she’s still working here, which is crazy. I’m very patient and respectful with customer service people, but this lady… She was also xenophobic towards her coworkers. If it were possible, I would give her fewer stars

Just 2 days back I was here for picking up my order placed in mobile app I went inside to pick it up I saw my order is made and kept next to sandwich station a lady was standing at register and talking to a person she not care for any customer and other lady at sandwich station saw me and went back I was lottery kept waiting more than 10min and gave me cold fries thank you so much

I ordered food for drive-thru pickup, and when I arrived the restaurant was closed, supposedly due to a Christmas holiday. The website didn’t mention anything about that, so if they’re going to close the restaurant for any reason, they should update the website so people don’t waste their money and time.
