Service was so bad. We couldn’t find our waitress, we had to ask whatever staff member we could get their attention for things that got forgotten or if we needed anything. My silverware had only a knife, no fork. No big deal, but it took 15 minutes to get a staff member to even tell! I got fajitas, 3 tortillas. I got charged $3 for 2 more tortillas. We couldn’t get drink refills until we were waiting for the check. I paid extra for shredded cheese but it didn’t come out. When i managed to tell someone it felt like I was bothering them to tell them.
Even getting a box to take the rice and beans home in was a bit of a chore. Really sad because the people who work up front and super cheery and helpful.
The fajitas were good, but very small (2 pieces of chicken, 3 pieces of beef, 3 shrimp, no veggies besides onion). The rice and beans were cold.
Enchiladas were good too. Husband and son devoured them. Their rice and beans were cold too.
Would we eat here again? Maybe. Would we go out of our way again? No.
The bartender is bad ass, she makes a great Jack Daniel’s and coke DOUBLE.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BAR/RESTAURANT!!!
I am confused and a little concerned as to how this restaurant has even 4 stars. My small and simple order of chicken enchiladas al carbon for dinner turned out to be a sorry excuse for Mexican food. Not only was it far BELOW sub par but my order was also incorrect.
As you can see written on the plate, I requested double rice no beans. As seen in the photograph presented that is indeed NOT what I was given.
I’d also like to warn any unfortunate future customers that if you order a SMALL queso to go you get an EXTRA SMALL bag of chips filled with crumbs. (Keep in mind the picture of the bag is in comparison to the 2oz cup of jalapeños they add)
There really are no excuses to how bad this food was. The two men who greeted me at the front were friendly but being “nice” to your customers doesn’t replace your insanely low quality food.
