Very disappointing visit , pictures attached.
Sad amount of sauce. I didn’t ask for light sauce and it cost extra to get what usually comes on it.

I genuinely don’t understand what’s going on with Taco Bell these days. And not just this location, but the ENTIRE corporation. Prices are constantly going up while they give you less and less food as the months go on. By next year we’ll be paying $10 for a soft taco! I could understand and justify the prices if the quality had improved, but the quality of their food is even going down. It used to be cheap and reasonable, but now the food costs more and the quality is below that of an elementary school cafeteria.

So I thought for the first time that Taco Bell actually got the whole order not only items correct but the specifications for the items correct once I opened up the order all items were there except I asked for no tomatoes and they put tomatoes on it (yes it was EVEN on the receipt) and I ordered a tostada and it seems all the sauce was on the corner of the box inside as if they completely missed the tostada when putting the sauce on it I don’t know how that happens or if there’s a process for that, but other than that, it was okay.

Service was good considering the volume at that particular time of day.

I understand this is Taco bell, but in the evening they always are bad. Togo order on app, 5 boxes. They didn’t put any of the correct food in each box as labeled, just threw it in all of them. Food was missing, took a box in to show the ticket of food missing, food in the box was from another box, they took the box threw away food, and just put in labeled food, and then told me they gave me back the box. Waited over 15-20 to get food corrected after waiting on drive thru for about 15-20 mins. Fast food my butt, more like slow food, wrong food, rude service.

$14 for a burrito meal. 5 meesly pieces of steak throughout the whole burrito, nothing but cheese. The soft tacos had just a smear of meat and caked with lettuce. The kids that work in the window are always so rude and unpolite. They make you feel like you’re being a bother being there. Strike 3, I can’t with yall.

We ordered some hard shell tacos. The hard shell tacos had maybe a teaspoon of meat in the tacos with lettuce and cheese. The cost was not worth it. We should have paid for lettuce and cheese tacos. The tacos were cold. We will Never go back there again. There was just a bunch of kids in there working and eating near the preparation area. Very disappointed in the service. We had to wait to even be acknowledged and we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. Never again!!!! The place is going down the drain. Don’t waste your money or time.

After sitting in line at the drive-through once, I finally get to the speaker after taking multiple orders in front of me, they said that they could not take any anymore because the Wi-Fi was out. Not sure why this would prevent you from being able to take orders.
