Lost my business. I will never go back to this establishment. Asked for a large lemonade with my combo, the lady ended up giving me a small cup saying that’s what the large lemonade cups are. Asked if I could switch to a large coke with light ice instead (cheaper for them anyways) she gave me a large cup of ice with a splash of coke instead. Ordered 2 of the 5 piece tenders ($13.99 each) just for them to give me nuggets and call them tenders.

None of the food was fresh or good. The fries were stale. The Mac n cheese was 3/4 watery cheese and cold. I told them and asked for another one. They were rude about it. The employee said “it’s just creamy” and another told me to stir it. As if that would fix the issue.

Food was over priced and chincy but correct and fresh (at least it was hot). It will do in a pinch. We ate here on a road trip along I-75 so it was convenient easy off and back on the highway. The workers were courteous and helpful. The place was clean and the restroom stocked. No complaints except the general price for quite small portions.

This has to be the worst Arby’s in northern Kentucky. I ordered two fish sandwiches. Both came without tartar sauce. My wife ordered three chicken tenders as a meal. Her crinkle cut fires were hard and chewy. Definitely not a medium! They also only gave her two chicken tenders! Not to mention the wait in the drive through was 16 minutes for three cars…

Stopped by the other night to get dinner. Ordered 2 Beef an Cheddar’s an 2 fries. Get all the way home. An the roast beef was not cooked. It was so bloody it soaked into the bun even. I will never eat Arby’s again in this life. I called they said it was done. But the gave me a credit. Lol

Paid 12 $ and change for roast beef no cheese small fries small drink and got a children’s meal. I couldn’t believe it. Asked is this what I paid 12 bucks for and they said yes. Won’t ever eat there again. Arby’s should be ashamed. Went to Burger King paid 11$ and change and got double whopper and small fries plus drink and blew Arby’s away.

Got a Sandwich and fries at 2pm, I think it had been sitting for at least an hour. Bun was soggy and smashed and I saw the cashier take it from a heater area with about 20 others sitting there for who knows how long. I didn’t see all the other bad reviews before I went there but I wish I had.

Highly recommend. Definitely, do this one. We did it before the Ark and was so worth it. We did it first day and then the Ark. Answered so many questions. Loved it. People are are so great and friendly and you set your own pace not rushed. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
