Stopped in for a late-night bite. There was a short wait, but the food came out hot and fresh. Had the Dave’s Double combo with fries and spicy chicken sandwich, both were served fresh and hot. Friendly staff and a nice vibe. Overall, a really good fast-food experience!

I have ONLY Recently came back to Wendy’s as an option for my meals because they introduced the 2 Jr bacon cheese burger combo for 8$. I returned daily because they begin using fresher ingredients like while cut lettuce, fresh tomatoes. However since they removed this deal the ingredients have also fallen down in priority we are back to shredded lettuce with tiny fresh sliced tomatoes. From a business side I see the small cost savings. As a consumers, I’m going back to Arby’s were they gave maintained fresh ingredients.

Went during night time around 11:15pm . An employee name Monique had trouble customer service. By the way she talked when I was ordering my food was disrespectful. She didn’t even let me finish ordering I had to finish my order at the window when she didn’t even ask me what I wanted correctly and I received the wrong item. Overall the customer service was not it would never come back to this Wendy’s .

Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches one came with out a top bun
Next time we went ordered same thing got the buns but the chicken was dry, burnt horrible! Tasted like it was 3 days old fries were cold wold have went back but it was too far

I know the prices are higher in California, but $8 for a $5 biggie bag, is nonsensical. When I placed my order with the manager (who was a man, although the receipt showed a woman’s name), I told him not once, but twice: “No mayo”. When I received my order, I first noticed the burger meat was precooked, as the cheese on it was not the least bit melted. A couple of bites into it, I noticed the burger had mayo in it. I was on my lunch break and did not have the time to have them make another one, so I removed the remaining lettuce and tomato and made do with what was left. These kind of mistakes shouldn’t happen with management. I hardly came here before and it won’t be any time soon, that I will be back.

Apparently, their sausage, egg and cheese biscuits are just sausage and cheese. I’d be disappointed, if something didn’t go wrong every time I order from here.
