I’m not the one to leave reviews but this was terrible ! When we first got in they had music playing loud , laughing and playing in the back my chicken was NOT cooked all the way through and was not cleaned properly! I bought two meals which came out to be 26$ I’m pissed ..

That was some of the best chicken I have had, since I was home with My Mother. It is fried the old fashioned way and the first order I got a slice of bread, this time I didn’t but it’s okay. On Sunday coming I gotta get some for the kiddos… they liked it too….The staff is nice, I walked in the lady was on the phone with another customer, but took a second to say I will be with you in a few….

Food was great! I made a mistake and went across the street but made my way back to the right location and I don’t regret it. The food was fresh, nice and clean atmosphere. Customers service was good as well. Don’t be fooled by the competition! Go to this Harold’s!

Well….. where do I start?! I guess I can start with when we entered the restaurant, the very first thing you’ll notice is the bullet proof glass which secures the kitchen and staff behind it. Where does that leave us, the customers? Reminded me of a spot my hubby took me to in Orange, NJ. Anyway as we were standing there waiting for our call-in order, I couldn’t help but notice how dirty the reception or restaurant area was. It doesn’t look like they have EVER swept, mopped, wiped down a wall, a chair, nothing! The furniture was worn-out, dirty and disabled. So at this point, I’m thoroughly disgusted. Thank God, we didn’t wait long. This spot is located in a abandoned-looking strip mall in College Park near Grown Folks. I understand the safety and security concerns, but I didn’t feel we were protected as the customer, so why would I come back? You’ve already shown me that you have security concerns and have addressed it for your employees, but not the general public. The chicken was good, fries were soggy, I really didn’t eat much because I kept going back to how nasty the public side was, so how does the private side look? I dare to visualize, so I’ll pass. Plenty of free parking. By the way, they only accept cash, but no worries– they have an atm with a $3.00 surcharge available for you. I was really looking forward to supporting the neighborhood. But……I can’t!

The wings were better than I thought they would be. They were full of flavor. The shrimp were ok thought they were going to b bigger. The chicken livers were perfect. Want to try the catfish next. My mother said it was good, we will c….. love the wings!!!!

I’m from Chicago; I eat catfish as commonly as most people eat chicken wings! So I know catfish!
I ordered a catfish and wing! My wings were pink on the inside and my fish did not have the texture or consistency of catfish! I don’t know if it’s swai or what kind of fish it is but it’s not catfish! So it’s 2am $20 later and I waited an hour for my food and now I’m still starving! I’m very disappointed! If it’s not an Italian beef or pizza puff; I’m cool I don’t want nothing from here! Respectfully this is the 2nd time my time and money was wasted in the place!

Okay first if you want this you need to go a hour before you have something to do or somewhere to be or call on your oder because you are gonna have to wait for this and I do mean WAIT. So after finally get the chance to eat I was expecting alot more of an outstanding taste, but it wasn’t half bad. I enjoyed my fries more than I enjoyed my chicken. Seems as though something was wrong at the establishment but it finally came together. So I ordered the 1/2 dark combo and was so surprised as to how much food you get for the price. The price was excellent and you most definitely will get a bang for your buck here. You will not be disappointed paying these prices and having some left over for later. Worth another visit.

The wings were a greasy mess and the so called “Italian Beef” was atrocious. The 1 teaspoon of meat was dried out like jerky, they counted the peppers they put on the sandwich and have the nerves to charge $17 for that BS. Save your money and go else where. Sorry for the photo, I took it back out the trash to show you.
