Did not enjoy the shrimp fried rice. It tasted like old previously cooked rice, dry and cruchy. To much money to spend not to enjoy the food. The place is so messy, not something you would expect from a place that serves food. Never ordering again

Have food delivered from them usually once a week. Today when it was delivered everything stunk like baby powder. My house, clothes, hands, the food containers….everything stinks. I’m not sure if it was the delivery girl or someone that works there, but that is not what I wanted to smell while trying to eat dinner. Besides that everything is usually pretty good and delivery is quick.

I’ve been a customer for many years. I was surprised to be asked to show ID for home delivery when I gave all the information. I didn’t refuse even though it was not the first time ordering using the same phones and debit cards. They called twice to verify if it was who we were. I requested to speak with a manager and I got 2 different people. On top of that once we got the delivered food and showed ID they didn’t include the 3 ginger ale sodas in the orders I made over the phone. I am very disappointed that they didn’t give the benefit of the doubt to show ID first. I informed them it would be the last time to order there.

I don’t usually do reviews, but this place was probably my worst Chinese food experience since I got food poisoning back in 2003. I ordered the Boneless spareribs that had zero flavor with roasted pork fried rice that was also flavorless AND not fully cooked. The rice was still sort of crunchy. A small wonton soup and steamed shrimp dumplings that were very chewy. I should have known something was not good when I walked in and there were chicken bones on the floor, the building was very cold and not restaurant like. The waiting area had no seating due to the kids toys and schoolwork space out front. I asked the lady who was waiting there if she had any bad experiences here and she replied it was her first time also. Needless to say, I will NOT bring my money back to this establishment any time soon.

We ordered food here via online delivery. It took almost 2 hours for a small order. Our food wasn’t warm and it wasn’t great. The fried foods were soft and barely warm. They didn’t seem fried at all. The ribs were extremely chewy and didn’t taste fresh. The homemade tea was really delicious though. We called twice to ask about our order and whomever picked up was extremely kind to us and our concerns.

I am done with Yummy kitchen ! Three strikes you’re out. I ordered online , which I normally do. The order was confirmed by YUMMY KITCHEN BY EMAIL AND TEXT. Almost two hours later I call the restaurant to inquire. After giving him my address and phone number he thinks I’m putting in an order.

I tell him I put in an online order 2 hours ago and his reply was ‘The company didn’t call me.’ He then tells me I should’ve called the restaurant to order. I almost screamed ‘Why do you have an online order set up on your website IF YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO USE IT. He said he could make the order in 20 minutes but after 2 hours of waiting I was done. This is the third time it has happened. If I see a new name or under new management sign I might go back.
