Not pleased at all. Go through the drive thru and order a 3 scoop in a cake cone and a 2 cup in a dish. Get up to the window and pay, I get handed a waffle cone by a different employee, which I was just going to ignore the mistake. Then a ticket get placed on my mirror and I’m supposed to pull forward and wait. I advised I just ordered 2 ice creams as I’m confused why I need to pull forward and wait for an ice cream. She said I know what you ordered. I then handed her the waffle cone back and said well this was supposed to be a cake cone so when you bring the 2 scoop you can correct this. We pull forward, a minute later a 3rd employee comes to our window and says the waffle cone price is different and they need my credit card to refund me and then wants me to take the same waffle cone back that’s passed through multiple hands back to me. I said I’ll pay the extra as I don’t trust anyone to run off with my card. I ask why I get handed one ice cream at the window but need to wait on the other. I’m told they hand out cones only at the window the rest has to pull forward. I said ok but I am thinking how stupid is that. You can make an ice cream cone on the spot but not a cup? Wow I hope that I can’t be the only that thinks that’s dumb as heck. Anyway, minutes later after people get their food we get a very small 3 scoop cone and a 2 scoop dish. What a huge hassle, I’ll never return, never had this happen at Freddy’s before this place makes no sense and at the end of the day I paid more and didn’t even get three scoops, look at this paltry cone. Pathetic!!

My 1st visit to Culver’s. What a nice variety of food on the menu. 4 of us met up here. I had the fried cod dinner and it was very good with plenty of food. Wish I’d added the shrimp but I already couldn’t eat everything. Others had burger, chicken sandwich, and a burger melt. All very good. Also had fries, onion rings, cheese curds, coleslaw, and one had a sundae all good. They had lots of ice cream or custard options and even sell pints.
My comment is we need one of these in our town.

My wife and I are regulars here for the Mushroom & Swiss single and sweet tea. While the service is consistently fast and friendly (4 stars!), we’ve been disappointed with the food lately. The buns on our burgers are often incredibly greasy—almost as if they’ve been dipped in oil—which makes them soggy and takes away from the flavor. We love the convenience, but hope the kitchen can keep the buns toasted rather than oily.

Ordered a butter burger basket & kids meal to-go. Waited 15 minutes, which was understandable since it was busy. What is not understandable is why the container for the side of cheese sauce was dropped sideways in the bag with the lid not snapped on tight.

Got home and discovered the sauced had leaked all over the inside of the bag and into the butter burger box, soaking the bun and making a huge mess of everything else in the bag.

Took several photos and called someone who said she was “one of the managers” and reported the problem, and was told the only way they do a refund or remake is for us to drive all the way back across town with a torn, cheese-soaked bag of food. Photos were refused as not proof; ‘policy’ requires the whole mess be brought back within 24 hrs. I am not going to waste the time and gas to take the mess back to a place that just treated me like a liar/thief.

This location was always spotty on service, so now we’ll write it off completely.

Went to the drive thru and the Lady taking our order was very rude didn’t even take the time to be patient with the order we asked. Food was not how we wanted it. Very disrespectful. I so love the food and always enjoy eating there! First impression is important with customers. Make them want to come back. Which still will! please teach your drive thru ppl to be kind it go’s a long ways. Thank you so much

I’m from Oklahoma and this is my first impression of Culver’s! Super fresh and delicious food and the order came fast! I also heard the Culver’s root beer was good so I gave it a go…wow it was super good!! Like homemade at the renaissance fair. I gave four stars because the customer service does lack. I don’t blame you for working in fast food but I felt uncomfortable with non smiling faces and speaking quietly so I didn’t really hear my order right. BUT y’all did a good job on this food so I’d go back regardless of someone smiling at me or not

I spent 10 minutes waiting in a non busy drive thru for 2 curd burgers and 2 mixers. They weren’t that busy. For them to hand me mediocre food. I was excited to try this burger. It was so cold and dried out. The meat was super thin and dry as well as the cheese curd was cold , flat and just felt and tasted like it was not fresh. I feel like they retrieved it from some warming bin. I’d rather go to Waterburger atleast after waiting 10 minutes my burger will be hot and fresh!
That meal was definitely not worth 30.00 bucks. Very disappointed not even good enough to eat.

First time coming to this location. Disappointed I was not. Cashier promptly greeted myself and companion. My companion was unsure of what they wanted so the kitchen weighed in if we had any questions he had a plethora of answers. Very awesome staff.

Food came out swiftly, hot and delicious! My routine never changes. I grabbed a triple deluxe and subbed the fries for curds. I drove 3 hours to come have a slice of delicious.

Keep up the fantastic work, y’all be making Wisco proud!

This is not the Culver’s I’m used to. Fries were greasy and undercooked. Not sure how you accomplish that. Burger was drowned in condiments and half off the bun. They seem to think they work at a Sonic. Won’t visit this one again. I will stick with Foley.
