Ordered dinner for my family and did a mobile pickup. I ordered “extra” mayo as a side for one of the entrees. Prior to pickup my pregnant daughter asked for some mayo to go with her nuggets. When receiving my food in the drive thru I asked the woman if I could have a few extra sides of mayo to add for my daughter. She says to me “I already put a few in there for you”. Okay, cool. I pull over to check my order (they habitually screw it up) and see one side of mayo with the tiniest spoonful inside. Hardly what I would have considered extra mayo that I already ordered, let alone her telling me there was extra inside the bag. I park and go inside and ask for two sides of mayo. I was given one and then told they could not give me anymore. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I just spent 40 bucks on fast food and you are giving me the third degree over a condiment that I want to put on our food?? I even offered to pay the stupid .50 fee they have blasted everywhere for extra sauces. And instead the girl helping me stood there just staring at me and quit talking. I was very nice and polite in my requests and dont feel that I was asking for an excessive amount. Three small sides of mayo. I left seeing red and I hope that this franchise knows that I will NEVER spend another dollar in this store….over something as stupid as mayonaise. Then to make it worse I got home and they had given me the wrong drink. I was given a regular beverage when I ordered diet so now I cant even enjoy my drink. Customer service is a dying industry and them making me feel like a criminal for asking for a side of sauce was the last straw. I could understand if I was asking for something silly like 20 ranches for 6 nuggets. But, we can give 9 packs of crackers for 2 chilis. ♀️ Best thing about adult money is I can CHOOSE where to spend it and I will be damned if I spend another penny there.

I’ve been a regular at this wendy’s for almost a year now and it breaks my heart when people leave very obvious, disgusting, fake, one star reviews over what seems like the aftermath of people being mad over not getting exactly what they want or probably giving the employees a hard time and unhappy with the consequence of that.
I’ve never had a problem at this location, and I know the day and night time crew and management take very good care of this store! I can confidently recommend this location to anyone who likes their food hot and fresh and dealt with cleanliness.
Meat always fresh.
Fries always hot.
Staff very attentive and friendly.
Clean eating area.
Management Emily and Tanya always up to Par.
Be polite to your fast food workers and you’ll get the same treatment back.

Just went through the drive-thru. I wanted a drink with my burger that was caffeine-free, sugar-free. Not sure what to order and the poor young lady that had the pleasure of taking my order got it in the neck! Ugh! Totally my fault and she just did what she needed to do to make my order right. The manager came to the window and very carefully (and with a smile!) gave me a run-down of what they had. Thanks, Wendy’s, I got to watch a real team in action…and the burger was, as always, fantastic. BTW, the diet root beer was spot on.

Stopped by tonight for a quick meal after a long moving day, and I got my food really quickly and it was nice and warm. Service was great for what it is. It also was nice and quiet around here when we stopped by, which was nice as well.

Probably the best Wendy’s in Arizona. Food was done extremely quick and literally everything was cooked to perfection. Perfect temperature and crunch for the fries, and the burger was fresher than any other Wendy’s me and my fiance went to. I’d give a 110/100 rating if I could but 5 stars will have to do. P.S Tristan and the lady who I think is the manager who was taking my order were awesome, cracking jokes, very customer friendly, were patient when our phones glitched out and we couldn’t scan the order right away. Just overall a really pleasant experience and our 100% be returning.

This wendys location is a good place eat at. The food taste great and fresh. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is clean and organized. It was my first time eating breakfast here and probably the best tasting breakfast fastfood around.

We took advantage of 2 $5 sandwich and nuggets deals. I was very happy with everything and I ate it all. The fries are the best and I will eat there again. I usually get the chili. Maybe next time.

Always messing up our order here not sure why we even come here besides being convenient to our home. They forgot the ranch on my asiago ranch and when I asked for a ranch to add it she says 50 cents. You messed up the order not us. Just paid $70 I’m not paying another 50 cents for your mess up! Horrible location!
