This place could use a bit of customer service training. The kid that rang my order up was the only one that was friendly and helpful. Tried to order on computer but it would not proceed to complete order. So I said something to the Amish lady that was working there she put her nose up at me and walked away and told the young man to help me. When food was ready they called my name and didn’t even give me a bag for my fries. Just had plastic bags like hot fries and plastic. The girl proceeded to tell me next time you use the computer fallow all the prompts well no kidding I did. Won’t be back for sure.

This was my first time there and I have heard many people rave about their food. I had one of their cookies the day before at a gold outing and I really enjoyed it.
So I stopped in and the owner was sweeping floors and bussing tables and that impressed me because he was friendly and happily doing those jobs. Then the workers were also friendly and happy so I was even more impressed.
When I got my fresh fries and tried one literally the first reaction and the word I uttered was “Wow!” and I am not kidding you it was really that good! My sandwhich was so good and so today I am bringing my wife here. It is really that good!

Sandwiches are nice and filling – excellent choices, the fries are hot and fresh. The employees were friendly. We were the only people dining in so it felt kind of bare in there.

Sandwich was delicious- just like I remember from other locations around the country. Staff was present and super friendly, above and beyond helpful for the new tech and systems they were using. Owner Jason was enthusiastic and gracious with the fresh staff and every new guest who came in. Ultimately I think the WW menu is as creative for fast casual as it gets, has the extras like shakes and fries you can’t nab at S-Way/JJ’s, and I’m looking forward to coming back regularly!

Tried the Grinder and Philly wiches. Regular is good size sub sandwich. You can choose a favorite or build your own. They offer them Hot or Cold. Sides of fires or bags of chips. Fountain Pepsi or bottles. Not bad for a quick bite.

We came here because they have gluten-free offerings, which is a necessity for us both for medical reasons. I ordered the grinder on the cloud bread. The flavor was good, the ingredients of good quality, but I was disappointed in the fact that we paid full-size sandwich price for what amounts to a half-size sandwich on “bread” made from just egg whites. The regular sandwiches appear to be made on a bread roll similar to other sub shops in size and appearance.

No options to add an extra meat for my 6 yr old son even if I wanted to pay for it, asked for it on the side and they refused, asked to do a different sub and change to toppings and they refused. Quite ridiculous when you pay $31 for 2 subs and you cant even pay for a side or a change of meats

This food is so over rated. Your bacon, is nasty. It’s not worth the asking price for ballpark or sporting event style food. First time visit. Last time purchase. Staff is great. They did nothing wrong. This is quality design from the CEO of the business. This is their idea of a food restaurant.

Restaurant is small, so not much seating, but not a problem as it’s never been packed when I have been in there. Sandwiches are really good, toasted, with a solid amount of meat. They also have a propriety Mountain Dew flavor called Vibe, which isnt bad, worth a try if you like Mountain Dew. Parking lot is more than adequate for easy parking. My only complaint was that the kids don’t fit their medium cups, it was very weird. Won’t stop us from coming back again. Definitely recommend the sandwiches.
