I have to edit my review on several occasions they are closed early. Tonight they were closed at 8:54 and they say close at 9 and online it says 9:30. Corporate should be made aware. They also don’t honor coupons. Staff is often rude. Told me they we’re closed 1 evening even when the door was open. She told me “have to close early to meet the trash man” and it was 8:30. Pathetic. Shouldn’t even get 1 star

Stood there for ten minutes had to get persons attention said someone would be with you they were in back room talking not paying attention when I said forget it employee was rude would not recommend this place enless you want to wait there was no customers in place. They deserve a zero for service but we’re quick o. Rude response when I was leaving.

Always quick,nice,easy going and they get our orders right fast & smoothly…They also always have my MUCH favored Meatball sub & even if they’re short-staffed sometimes,1 person gets it done quick & right!!!I’d recommend this 1 mostly for the area of Starke!Thanx y’all for the abundance of my Meatball sub

First time coming here. Just moved and had to load up for our house of 6 people. Stopped by with the fam for lunch. Staff was organized with all the different sandwiches. Kind staff. Wrote sandwich names on sandwiches to help us. Definitely will come back!

I would like to express my gratitude to Stephanie…I work and am not able to leave to pick up lunch…so a friend will pick it up for me .I send a specific note with my order..4xs my order came back wrong..the next time I called the store..a male answered and really wasn’t n didn’t want to hear what I had to say..so he put Stephanie on phone..she took my order n it came back perfect ..not only was my order correct..my friend walked in subway and she automatically knew my order n made it with out being asked …that’s what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE… THANKS STEPHANIE
