Typical Chick-fil-A spot. Service is consistently great and I’ve never had issues here. Food always comes out just as expected, with the same reliable menu as everywhere else. A solid, dependable chain where you know what you’re getting.

This Chick-fil-A location was consistently okay luntil I had an experience with a female employee through drive thru who was unprofessional and rude. I have not returned since that experience.
They also had a habit of having me pull to the side parking for my fries with no salt no matter how long I had been waiting in queue through drive thru.

Such nice employees at the Valleystone Chick-fil-A in Cary. I want to shout them out for their awesomeness..I left some money on the table from where they broke my $100 bill. The girl came out to my car to give me my money. She was the sweetest human being I’ve ever met in my life. I really appreciate these kind people

Super inconsistent with how they do their ice cream. Sometimes it’s an ok size but mostly they’re dinky and this time not even properly filled. It’s over 90 degrees outside, we just want decently made cones.

Came here because I had a reward for a Chick-Fil-A sandwich. I enjoyed the atmosphere of this location because I sat down to do some work and it felt like a lounge vibe as opposed to just a restaurant environment. Staff was friendly as always for Chick-Fil-A employees.

I’ve visited this location today on Saturday, January 10,2026 and I usually come to this location 4 or 5 times a week and today I was in this drive-through line for 33 minutes 2nd car at 4 pm on a Saturday! There was a lady in front of me look like she had a huge order no problem but I don’t understand why she was not sent to the overflow like I have been sent before with an order on a mobile app that consisted only of a sandwich and a drink but this lady today has a huge order but did not get sent to overflow and I don’t understand why? Just because I received my order in the back does not mitigate I was in this drive through 33 minutes! Today made no sense and i am very disappointed!!

My experience was a mushy spicy chicken sandwich, a 3 day old lettuce cobb salad and soup that was so old and thick I could stand a heavy fork in it or use it to seal concrete with it. The men’s restroom had fecal matter on the floor and it was a little dried out so it was sitting there for quite a while.

Consistently disappointed with the portion control here. The fries are consistently filled only 2/3rds the way up the container and had sandwiches that were very small. Was so suspect I even weighed one and it was only 2 and a quarter ounces, not including the bun. Yesterday evening I actually counted out the fries as well and there were 2 entire fries, 4 quarter fries and maybe a half a dozen little scraggly pieces, which didn’t even make it up to halfway in the container. Staff is always friendly and cleanly, but a great deal of improvement needs to be made back in the kitchen!
