BE CAREFUL when coming to this location I ordered a three-piece tender, and while I was biting into them, I felt them to be chewy. Upon further review, I noticed that they undercooked the chicken and it was still raw. This is how people get food poisoning if it happened to me I’m sure it probably has happened to other people’s food. I gave it a three star instead of five because of the great customer service otherwise, it would’ve been a one or zero if I could.

We’ve all been to Popeyes, but this one stands apart. It’s in an area that isn’t tormented by homeless people, which means the bathrooms are clean and approachable and not gross. The whole restaurant is clean bean jellybean. The food is at the top of standards for the franchise. The kitchen looks well organized and not dirty. The staff was friendly and fast to complete my order. I’ve gone to some of these stores, and they can only handle one order at a time. This place is well run, and the staff and managers deserve to know just how well they are doing. This is a place you want to go to great food and a great front of house experience. Great job, guys.

After spending $28 on a two piece combo and a 12 piece wing combo and they could not even put any honey barbecue on my wings like I ordered. I had to get back in my vehicle and come back to Popeyes so they can fix it!

I had to stop in to get my regular ghost pepper wings today I got 12 instead of six with a side and a drink.
Which was mac & cheese & a sweet Ice-T,
The mac & cheese, but I think they put their ❤️ into it.
It was so good and cheesy and the sweet as ice tea is just cold because it’s too hot out here in Texas.
Thankful to have it for times like these.
I must say that I am a happy camper, and I will be fat, fat full.
The service was a little slow, but I can say that they were busy and they did give me hot fresh food.
Inwhich again I am very thankful for.
I love them ghost pepper wings for real y’all

It’s ok. The only thing I get from here is the chicken sandwich and either red beans and rice or fries. I use to love to get chicken, but it doesn’t taste like Popeyes chicken use to taste

Somewhere there is a disconnect because the guy on the mic clearly asked if I want bacon and cheese on my bacon and cheese sandwich and he also asked if I wanted it spicy or original or whatever and I said spicy. Anyways I received a regular chicken sandwich with pickles and mayo on it. I know they would make it right but I don’t have the option to go back cuz I done ate it but it would be super nice if them sweet folks in there could coordinate to get the whole order out correctly. Other than that amazing food and drink and amazing friendly service. Keep up the great work <3

I am forced to share my experience at Popeyes store number 11703. At this store, my order has been either wrong packed or incorrect. On 11/02/25, I ordered for two breast and I was served only one breast.When I complained about the incorrect order to a staff who identified himself as Erick Holder, he tried to charge me extra money to correct their mistake instead of apologizing. Any service can’t get worse than this. This is the worse service ever. For reference: ticket number 198 at 7:35PM on 11/02/25.

Just went through the drive thru and received the wrong food didn’t realize it till I got home . I have called multiple times and no one picked up. I’m truly disappointed. I understand mistakes happen but the food I received was not at all what I ordered. I hope this gets corrected. I will be reaching out again.

Love fried chicken? You want some cajun spice to it? Can’t go wrong with popeyes. My number one place to get fried chicken I love the tenders, both sandwiches, the fried chicken itself, the popcorn shrimp . I just wish they’d bring back the shrimp po-boy.
