This is one of the easiest jobs on the planet and they continue to fail time and time again. They can’t even get the tomato’s on the sandwich, seems like they just stand across the food line and try to throw it into the container. Really sad, do better.

We ordered at 4:41 two meals, a coffee, and some pies. It took them 40 minutes to get our order ready, and when it arrived, the fries and pies were cold. We had to send back a hamburger because it was cold and burnt, and they didn’t give me my coffee. They made the hamburger again and, to my surprise, the coffee they finally gave me was also cold. The restaurant had no heating; I had my jacket zipped all the way up because I was freezing. In short everything bad, you’d better go to the colman street in New London, don’t waste your time in

iIt was a rainy night, I had just gotten out from my 16 hour shift at the hospital, I had been craving nuggets all day, as soon as I got there through the drive through I felt rushed, and I ordered nuggets, then I told the worker I wanted to add the fry convo,and he said that he could not do it because he had already put it in while i was still ordering without confirming if I had gotten my order right, I asked him for the 40 piece, when I was on the window he did not greet, I could barely hear him he spoke in between his teeth and he seemed so annoyed when I asked him to repeat, I asked him for more sauce and he said I had to pay for it, to which I had agreed then he tossed the condiments at me, once I got home I got so disappointed because I wanted to feed my puppy nuggets and for my surprise he only gave me a 20 piece, the food was decent but the atmosphere and service was awful, I was scared this man would spit on my food, It seemed like he truly hated his job, fyi he was on the nightshift, at the end of the night me and my puppy went to bed hungry and cold. I am never coming back to this location, I hope he does not stop at the hospital I work because I will show him what kindness and human treatment trully is.

Considering all the Door Dash Meals and Drive Thru the wait to be served wasn’t long at all, pleasantly surprised. A nice quick breakfast meal from McDonald’s.
I’d highly recommend if needed, plus if you haven’t had a McMuffin in awhile.

I don’t understand why you would have an employee mopping all the floors during peak times. I understand that you may need to mop one small area due to a spill but not all of the restaurant. Our food was good it’s your normal McDonald’s.

I searched for about an hour on Google maps to review this McDonald’s because it said I didn’t visit here. That’s how much I’m willing to leave this review. I would like to start off this review by first saying that we were going through the drive thru. We ordered 2 of the 2 cheeseburger meals. We ordered one sprite and one water for those meals. They ran out of water apperantly. So we had to give my brother a sprite he won’t even drink. Next, I would like to talk about the service. The employees were nice and all. Nothing much to report about there. Lastly, I would like to talk about the food. The two cheeseburgers had problems. One of them had a burnt bottom bun. The other one had un-melted and cold cheese, as if it was placed on right on the burger. The ketchup was really chunky which I guess I don’t mind. They had quick service, which although is amazing in most places, just proves no effort was made in putting together these burgers. Fries were fine at first but they made my Tounge tingle after eating them all (no allergies to potatoes or any food item by the way.) this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to this entire trip. So here’s my tips for this McDonald’s:
1. Ask your workers to keep having the friendly service they do. Also ask them to please take more quality into making their food.
2. I’m supposing that the potatoes weren’t washed before being made. Please wash the food before giving them to customers. It can actually make someone really sick.
3. Maybe have more water for little brothers who just want a water because he won’t drink sprite.
Thank you McDonald’s, your food was somewhat edible, but I was not satisfied.

I don’t normally leave reviews however it’s necessary…I try to stay away from fast food, but when I dont for me, It’s the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. The juicy chicken, warm bun slathered in mayonnaise with crisp shredded lettuce. Rock on Ronald McDonald!

I came at 6:30 pm apparently during rush hour. The team working this night must have been new because orders were backed up and a group of people were waiting around for their food – some looking particularly angry. The manager was doing her best to get orders out and be apologetic. Some customers made a few nasty comments about how slow the service was. I noticed an unusual girl with tattoos and a dress (maybe an off-schedule employee?) came in to help prep food and alleviate some pressure, which I appreciated.
