My boyfriend and I stopped at this Taco Bell location for some food on a cold Sunday night. It was super convenient since it was right next to our hotel. The drive through was easy and the service we got was nice. The food on the other hand was just okay. I got a chicken chalupa supreme and my boyfriend got a quesarito. Both of these were standard. We also got some Cinnabon Delights which are always so yummy! Finally, we got some nacho fries. Sadly they were cold and pretty obviously not freshly made. I probably would not have cared that much if we had gone at a late night time, but definitely a little more disappointed going at 7pm. Overall our experience was okay!

Usually when I make an order everyone gets my name wrong or spells it wrong, this is the first establishment i went to where they spelled my name right without me spelling it out. I really appreciate it. They were as well friendly and well mannered. Thank you all so much this has been the best day of my pregnancy so far

Very disappointed… don’t go to fast food often, but when I do I expect the food to be good…this was not the case here….I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch combo …what I got was not the combo, just the gordito….drove back thru to tell them….I was “ASSURED that I DID NOT order the combo”…even when I know I did….plus the Gordita was basically worthless….just pita bread with a tiny amount of meat and sauce ….no lettuce, nothing else….I was basically told…”too bad”….

Everything was good. Overall a good value for what was ordered. Ordered 3 value box meals and it was all in one bagnot individual boxes. None of the items were marked, so we had to open each item to see what it was. We still had a mix up at home because nothing was marked. A couple things were missing, but luckily we realized before leaving the drive thru and not at home.

Didn’t fill my Baja blast all the way. They were very passive and rude. Couldn’t hear through the speakers because the dude was wearing a mask. Always out of certain sodas, their most popular ones.

Best taco bell i go to. Always go here after the gym and they always have fresh food and nice customer service. Atmosphere is pretty average though.

Every time I go to this Taco Bell, there’s ALWAYS a hair in either the tacos or the cinnabons. My last order had hair throughout the tacos so I called and got a replacement meal, got the replacement meal today and there’s a hair in the Cinnabon, they didn’t dust them in the sugar & the taco shell is overly stale. The manager doesn’t seem to care as it still continues to happen.

I have literally maybe had ONE issue in the 4 years I’ve frequented this location. And even then, they were very kind and understanding. I’ve never had a long wait, cold food, or rude service at any point. This is my favorite Taco Bell to go to.

How are you out of steak at 1pm? Also idk what kind of incompetence you hire that can’t read a simple receipt, but not only did everything that had the steak add ons get substituted for chicken (which sucks btw), but you also failed to put regular taco meat in the items that were ordered that were supposed to originally already have it . Also added in the chipotle sauce and none of the items had it. Big waste of money which is very neat considering how much it costed for the whole family to eat.

Don’t really eat here much at all. Took s minute to look at the menu while the entire time the window person was steady rushing me. Kept asking questions about different orders and? completely confusing me. In the end i got the wrong food anyways and it was cold. I did get an enormous amount of taco sauce though. THANX!! And the strawberry freeze was awesome.
