Visited for Sunday Caribbean night, it was an extremely dead night. I purchased a bucket drink, and the bucket spilled due to the cheap handle. My friend told the bartender (pictured, a young white man) the drink spilled and he said “it’s not my fault she’s too drunk” which was incredibly unprofessional. I then purchased another bucket, it was advertised as $8 but was charged $10. I did not tip due to his rude comment and up charge. Again, the handle came off and the drink spilled on the lady next to me. I informed the bartender the handle keeps coming off, and he said “i would be more inclined to help had you tipped.” I immediately left due to his lack of professionalism and feeling uncomfortable. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The picture was @12am, and also show how dead this place was.

I had an awesome experience buying merch from Luc! He was super interactive the entire time. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. You can tell he genuinely enjoys talking with people and cares about giving a great experience. He was respectful, patient, and had great energy, which made the whole process fun and easy. Luc definitely goes above and beyond highly recommend him if you’re ever at the merch tent!

The drinks were cheap that was the only good part. Very unorganized for a concert to start at 9 and they are still running around setting up. No soap in the men’s or women’s restroom before the concert even started when everyone was waiting around. And then security was letting people just slip into VIP during the show. People were hopping the metal bars. And during the show the crowd was pushing and shoving like crazy and security did not care at all. It was such a safety hazard because if the bars fell completely which they almost did a few times people would be trampled. The venue needs a better layout for concerts because this ain’t it. Thankfully Tekashi signed my bag so I’m happy.

Reagan is the best! She’s always super friendly and helpful every time I come to Knight Library. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a good time and that things run smoothly. She’s the kind of person who makes the place feel welcoming and fun. If you see her working, you’re in good hands!

Isabel Kusek is the best bartender ever, every time I come in, she knows my order and whips it up to perfection. Honestly, every bartender on staff is really nice and does an amazing job. 10/10 bar would highly recommend

My bartender was named Isabel K. She was so good and ontop of her shit. I was waiting around at everyone’s well and nobody was taking care of me. She had a FULL well and still managed to serve me super quick. Best lemmondrop I’ve ever tried. She remembered my order every time I came back she knew what I wanted. She was smiling and dancing behind the bar the whole night. Everyone must go to LIB to see her.
