Rarely do i come here for breakfast, but oh my god im going to start. One breakfast sandwich got me full compared to other places where i have to buy two to get me full. Ordered on the app, came out so fresh i had to let it cool down before i could take a bite. I recommend it.

Hello i get sonic very often. Love their food so much i put up with it lol but it must be said CLEAN YOUR ICE MACHINES!!! Do an experiment. Finish your drink from there, and if theres still a lot of ice. Good, wait til tmr or the next day. Then pour it down the sink. The ice is no longer just water, its super slimy and can even be a yellowish color

I’ve had a repeated issue at this Sonic drive-thru in Calhoun. I ordered two drinks totaling around $13–$14 and paid with cash. The employee returned only part of my money and did not give me the full change, including missing dollar bill. This has happened to me three to four times.
I let it go at first, but after it kept happening, I stopped going there. I’m writing this to warn other customers so they can be careful. I’d recommend going to 7Brew or somewhere else for a better experience. Thank you

Im going to rate everything low because no matter how good the food is, or how the atmosphere was, if there is no one to serve then service will be bad. There is absolutely NO reason why there is only ONE man working because so many people call out of work and hes just SOL. There are plenty of teenagers who need to get a job in this area, there should be no reason as to why yall are so short staffed that one man has to close up the entire restaurant all by himself. This man should get a raise, or if he doesn’t start getting treated right at this establishment I hope he finds work and opportunities elsewhere! This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Calhoun Sonic GM, you need to step it up or hand the cup to someone else who can handle it! Let me hear ONE MORE THING about this young man fighting the kitchen all by himself just so that yall can save a little extra money rather than scheduling and hiring more people and I will call corporate to make sure something gets fixed. Mr. Garrett from Sonic in Calhoun LA, you are doing such a good job. If they don’t fix their ways, dont wait for it to happen!

As far as sonic goes, I’ve been here 2x in the past week while in town and they’re pretty decent. The food was extremely quick, the servers answer to take orders quite nearly immediately and are polite, and the premises had games like cornhole, jenga, and chalk for people dining outdoors. There was a lunch rush the other day, the manager/lead was helping deliver orders and was well mannered and personable in the quick interaction. They added a reasonable amount of requested extra cheese and didn’t overcharge for it, and the food itself was hot and looked well prepared. As far as taste, it’s sonic food across the board, they’ve done pretty well with the prep. I had no trouble with grabbing lunch quickly.

I eat here so often, but when they disappoint they really pull out all the stops. Most recently when adding extra onions on a large order of chili cheese tots they took that to mean light light chili and cheese add onion… This is the photo as it was delivered untouched by my hand. Your thoughts??
