Like it got downsized and it looks more
Like a hotel lobby, then a normal
McDonald’s, the self service fountain drink machine they took out and it goes same
For the tea and napkins as well , you literally have to go up
To the counter and wait and ask a
Employee for a refill on a drink
And napkins as well and ketchup etc., too in which we we’re waiting for a bit for a refilll because there is a wall in between us and the employees which are towards the back you have to literally
Howler at them
To get their attention , and the food is like whatever!! And so we wont be back at this location just because they took out the self service fountain drink machine …

I just spent 30 min in the drive through of this McDonald, I have never experienced customer service this poor at any McDonalds EVER! I ordered by number a #9 – Cheeseburger meal large, a #8 fish filet meal large, and another #9 cheeseburger meal med. We were ask to pull to front to wait 2 min for the fish, we waited close to 10 min. When the person brought out the food he ask if we had 2 fish filet, I explained that we ordered 1 fish meal and 2 cheeseburger meals. He said he would go correct proplem and wemt back inside and returned few minutes later handed me the food as if it was corrected . My wife checked the bag and he made no correction, we checked our receipt and had been charged for wrong order. I drove around to first window the emoloyee told me to pull to next window and they would get us what was ordered. At this point at second window a lady came to window shift manager I again explained what happened

This used to be my second and most convenient McDonalds but since the remodel I have been there 3 times and all 3 times was aggravating!!! One night I waited 45 MINUTES! for food along with 3 other cars behind me that also had to pull forward. The second time was a simple order but still pulled forward and waited 15 minutes and the third time I sent hubby in and STILL waited 20 minutes!!! I have had some big orders at multiple McDonald’s including this one before the remodel and have NEVER. Waited this long at any of them! They are either u serrated or under trained! My hope is to see it get better but for now I will not be returning to this one

I don’t normally leave reviews, but feedback is needed here. This location consistently has terrible service and food quality. This has been the case for years. You can do better! Please, please take notes for whatever the location at the Lloyd/Burkhardt is doing to manage and train employees, and mimic it. I purposely go out of my way to avoid this establishment, and when I need to make an exception, every visit is a disappointment. Surely improvements can be made.
On a safety note, please move the new sign as customers exit left onto Lincoln Ave. It is blocking the view of traffic and is likely going to cause wrecks.

Don’t care for the new building. Seems like they lost their good people during construction. If you go through drive thru you wont get any condiments you ask for and you will be parked. Not impressed a bit.

You can rebuild this McDonald’s a 1000 times and still have awful service. Just was in drive thru at 2:38 pm and all the employee said was “McDonalds”. Not a “welcome to McDonalds” not a “hi” …… nothing. just McDonalds!!! Do better! I drove away instantly.

Service got a 3 because of training of cashier i had was kinda not right. Just left her to figure out. Should be another way to train cashiers. Not right on the spot. Atmosphere was not that great do to not enough seating and condiments area.

Honestly the food we got was made to order, fresh, and yummy.
I got a double cheeseburger with no salt and extra onions and it was made exactly. The meat was juicy and tasty.
The chicken nuggets were crisp and juicy as well. No complaints, and paired with their sweet and sour, there’s a reason these hold a special place in my heart.
Only complaint about this store was the drive-thru wait. Cars were piling up with little to no movement. Took about 10-15 minutes for drive-thru.
