Mexican inspired food in a stylish vibrant atmosphere, Sabrosa offers delicious, prepared fresh, and locally sourced when available dishes. Brent, our waiter was very informative and had some great suggestions on what we should order truly authentic Mexican food we’ve been to Mexico many times and this was just as good if not better our go to place for Mexican food in Dartmouth Nova Scotia don’t forget to fill out the form I want a trip to MexicoMuch appreciated. Food was delicious. See pictures thank you to all the staff. You’ve done a great job. Keep it up we will be back.

Firstly, the rating is absolutely accurate. Incredible staff from the friendly hostess that allowed us to be seated early as I had made a reservation but we were hungry earlier, no problems. To the incredibly knowledgeable and friendly waitress that guided us through what was on special to what the favourites were. Portions are great sizes and drinks are tasty. The area of the restaurant is pretty cool with lots of shops around as well. Recommend and next time I’m in Halifax area, I’ll have to stop by again!

Stopped on a whim. Lovely decor. Big open space mixed in the stores of darmouth crossing. We had many things from menu. The elolte was just ok for us, but still very good. Enjoyed the birria a lot. Rice and beans. The fish tacos. Least favorite was sweet potato taco, and again still good. Waiter I believe was Matt and was lovely.

Our waitress Samantha was amazing!! She went over each order with us and advised what was in each dish and we were able to alter it to our tastes ( no pickled onions..no jalapenos and such). To be honest I tried your restaurant when you first opened and I did not like it at all, however, I was hesitant to go today but let me tell you Im so glad I did!!! It was spectacular and Ill definately come back again!! Your food is delish!!! Cant wait to come back!!

Four of us dined in for lunch. One ordered a taco bowl with pork, it came with beef but she wasn’t bothered enough to say anything. One ordered the baja haddock and it was cold (was told she’d get a replacement within 10-15 minutes and it arrived once the rest of us were done eating). I ordered enchiladas and they came fried, which was more like a flautas than an enchilada. Realized when they gave our meals that “added cheese” meant cheese didn’t come on the enchiladas or taco bowl and was a surcharge (when we ordered they asked if we wanted cheese but I don’t feel it was clearly communicated what was a surcharge versus what was included). A tiny sprinkle of cheese was $3

What a Gem of a Find, first visit, but Sabrosa will be on our radar again soon.!! Stopped for late lunch only to discover Half Price Mexican food Appetizers, with 3= enough for 2 full meals and take home leftovers! What a Treat & Surprise! Their Homemade nacho chips were light, crispy, and with a hint of salt and one with a hint of Chilli. These really made the meal spectacular! And don’t forget to ask for some of their the great hot sauce selection! Can’t say anything negative. The Final cost was amazing and and the service was the best.!! Judge (Andrew) waited on us with quick and friendly delivery of our food but it didn’t stop there! After we were finished our meal, he showed us a couple of card tricks.!! (there was only one other couple in the restaurant). Couldn’t have topped off this unexpected treadure find… Simply the most unexpected delicious meal deal !!

5☆5☆5☆. All was spectacular. I had their smash burger which came on a bubbling hot plate of cheese. My wife had a taco and a salad. The taco was just amazing. Excellent ingredients, presented just right. Fresh, not heavy and the flavor was spit on. Our server was informed, engaged and the complete experience was perfect. We will be back, very soon.

We randomly picked Sabrosa for dinner. The food was delicious. Food came out fast and the price was extremely reasonable. Our server, Kim was super friendly and provided excellent service. We highly recommend Sabrosa!
