This was THE BEST Bob evans I’ve ever ate at! Everything was hot and so good. Our waitress Jayden was amazing! It was so on point, they even got my over medium eggs PERFECT! Nobody can ever get that right, the clear white part of the egg is left uncooked and there’s slime with the yolk. Not here! They nailed them perfect the 1st try.
I live close to the Amelia Bob evans and I never eat there anymore. It’s always been gross and our orders were always wrong. Now after getting spoiled at this new location, I’ll have to drive 48 minutes to eat lol. Worth it!

It will be a long time before I go back to Bob Evans for anything. My wife and I ordered breakfast to be delivered. I ordered the NEW Big Wrangler Breakfast. It came with the biscuits fully intact, not split, a little dollop of gravy on top, and the eggs had no chives. So, I drive up to the restaurant to get this fixed. The gentleman I spoke with was nice enough. He gave me a refund and offered to remake the breakfast. I get the new remade food home and it was wrong yet again. This time, there was only 1 biscuit, not 2, split, with eggs directly on top of the biscuit. The gravy was now on top of the eggs, not the biscuit, and again just a little dollop. If you have seen a picture of this item on their menu, and read the description, you would know what I am describing is not that. They couldn’t even get it right a second time. I couldn’t believe it. I refused to drive it back up a again. So I ate some of it, but threw most of it away. Without the gravy on those thick biscuits, the meal was kind of dry. My wife enjoyed all of her food.

Unfortunately, this visit was not welcoming. I was not greeted upon entering and stood waiting while staff looked on eating food . A couple who entered after me was immediately acknowledged and seated, which made the lack of attention feel uncomfortable.
When someone finally approached me, there was no greeting… only “what can I get you.” I asked a simple question about the wait time for cinnamon biscuits and was told 20 minutes. By then, the overall interaction felt dismissive, and I decided not to order. Respect and basic customer service should be standard for everyone.

Ordered delivery through their app the last two times and each time was horrible. First order sausage links were undercooked potatoes were almost raw and all the food was cold. Second time they completely didn’t even deliver part of the order. Makes one wonder what type of people are working for this establishment can they read finish a task competently or just there to collect a paycheck.

The food is surprisingly good. It’s comfort food and not good for you at all, but very tasty. It’s also pretty inexpensive. I wouldn’t recommend eating here often, but between the genuinely friendly wait staff and the tasty food, it’s worth the occasional splurge.

I ordered the pick 2. 1/2 wild chicken salad and 1/2 turkey salad. The salad came with some sort of colonial dressing. I said no to that dressing and I wanted Ranch instead. We had already waited over 45 minutes for our food…., well, that colonial dressing was on my salad, along with my ranch. It was so gross. But I was hungry, so I tried to eat it. I didnt have time to eat my sandwich. I never get my banana bread. So disappointed in my entire meal. 🙁

I use to go to bob evens in western hills after hair cut. Every third Thursday. The last two times I have gone including today , I have been ignored . They seated two women that walked in with me(not together) then never came back to seat me. I was left standing there , I could understand if the restaurant was busy . But it wasn’t.

Ordered a curbside order that said it would be ready at 8:37am. Someone answered and immediately said please hold. I was on hold for 6 and a half minutes. Decided to hand up and call again. Now, someone answered and I gave them my name and they said there’s no order. Now they’re checking into it. It’s been almost 15 minutes…….
