My partner and I have this thing where we try out a new spot in search of the best molcajate dish. We came to Don Kamaron on a Saturday night close to 8pm and there was a 25 min wait. Seeing how packed the place was, the line of people waiting to be seated only enticed us more! When seated, we were greeted with the best customer service i’ve received in a long time! Our waitress thanked us for our patience, and was personable with us through out our entire time there. We of course got the molcajate. Chicken, Steak, Chorizo, and The best shrimp! The cactus and cheese were perfectly cooked. This molcajate has made its way to #1 on our list and we have tried many molcajates. The hot cheeto sushi was good too but wouldn’t necessarily re order. We got shot of whiskey that were poured at our table and filled to the tippy top! We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

I got a Shirley Temple ( non- alcoholic) it was absolutely delicious. So delicious I got one to go. We got the Flan as our dessert. It melted in your mouth and bursted with flavor. My husband and I tried each other’s dishes he got clams, and a soup that had fish, shrimp, crab, octopus, and other seafood in it. The broth of the soup and the soup its self was scrumptious. I got a fish dish with creama the fish was perfect! It was to die for with it without a tortilla shell. The rice and beans were delicious as well. We can’t wait to go back and try more. Spending just depends on the dishes you get here. We loved the decorations and atmosphere of the restaurant.

Authentic mexican food with a great taste. Loved the presentation. They serve most of their dishes on a wooden cutting boost and not on plates that we love. Great customer service.

I’ve been here twice now and have had a great experience each time. The food, service, and drinks are top notch I also appreciated that they were able to accommodate a table of 17 and provide separate checks. The staff members were amazing, and it was an added bonus knowing that they were also bilingual.

Place was very roomy.
Arrived and was seated in a a timely matter, group came in after amd got seated at the bar, which they took their orders first/drinks/food
Took around 15-20minutes to come to our table and take our order for drinks and food after they helped the people at the bar.
Our waiter was apologetic, she was very kind, and quick when she arrived at our table and checked on us frequently. End of night apologized again about the wait to come to our table and take our order.
There’s a music box you could pick/pay for music you wanted played as well which is nice

Chips and salsa. Green salsa was great, chips were great/good salt/crunchy 10/10
Ordered the aguachiles, carne with cooked shrimp, and oysters.
The shrimp in the agua chiles was half raw/no lemon flavor the green salsa was tasty though, not sure meal was not up to what I was expecting. 5/10
The steak was good, and the beans and rice had great flavor, the cooked shrimp tasted mildly like gasoline? 7/10 not worth the price
The raw half dozen of oysters were the best part of the meal, good size and great flavor asked for some tapatio/salt as they came with lime on the plate and it was great. 10/10 worth the price

It was my first time here. All the waiters were 10/10 friendly and really beautiful people! Jennifer was the server for me and my sister, she was so professional and made sure everything was per our liking. Everything was 11/10 and the drinks are pretty awesome

First time coming here. I came on a sunday around 3:30 took about 20 minutes to get a table. We just waited in the car till they called us & let me tell you I was not disappointed! Food was excellent drinks were delicious. Definitely will be coming back. 10/10 would recommend!

The food was very flavorful and the specialty dish in the last image attached was perfectly seasoned giving a great grilled tastes, a favorite for sure. Price wise, you have to be ready to spend a few dollars extra but it’s worth the flavors. And the drinks tasted as wonderfully as presented!

Came on a Tuesday evening. It wasn’t busy, no wait. We ordered 2 appetizers, octopus ceviche, the head on shrimp, and steak fajitas. the shrimp was the most flavorful, ceviche typical lime flavor. The fajitas presentation was nice. Portions are pretty big.
It’s odd the menu doesn’t show prices for anything, so I was a little shocked when the bill came and the appetizers were $32 each. More than I would have spent had I known the price.
