this was definitely the WORST place i ate at during my trip. the service was appalling. there were huge queues to order, only to be served by someone who couldn’t care less about customer service and satisfaction. the food was insanely overpriced (something like $20 for a chicken salad), even for a theme park. the salad turned out to be one of the most disgusting things i have ever eaten: flavourless and stale chicken combined with some unwashed lettuce. the tables were also very dirty and had sauces and crumbs spilled all over.

Chicken tenders & fries were good. We got there at 10:30am and waited about 20+ minutes for food. Employees were nice & friendly. No breakfast as advertised unless you count a couple of bowls of cereal.

Food was decent. I got the Buffalo wings and I couldn’t eat them all because they were a tad too spicy for me. My sister got her sauce on the side which I would recommend doing. Wings are $14.95 and don’t come with a side. We had the dining package so the price didn’t matter. Fruit cup was good, fresh and refreshing with Florida heat! Cheesecake was not good at all. Save your money on that one. Ours got wasted.

horrible. don’t come here. waited ages (90 minutes). food portions were tiny. they claimed to be the only restaurant that did breakfast foods but only had burgers and wraps and chips on the menu now tell me in WHAT WORLD that is a breakfast. AND you could only get one main one side and a refill drink but if you wanted a bottle of water you had to pay. should’ve opened at 9 still 10:30 not opened. can only sit outside in the boiling florida heat. not happy. do better.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER TODAY. WE HAVE HAD PASSES HERE AT SEA WORLD FOR ALMOST 6 YEARS!!!!!! TODAY THEY HAD A LONG LINE AND THE ONLY PERSON WORKING WAS A LITTLE YOUNG KID AT THE DRINK FOUNTAIN. WE WAS ALL STANDING THERE FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES. ALL THE EMPLOYEES WAA IN THE BACK PLAYING AROUND. I NEVER SEEN NOTHING LIKE THIS!!! FINALLY, I SAID SOMETHING TO THE BOY AT THE SODA FOUNTAIN, HE SAID HE WENT BACK.AND SAID SOMETHING TO THE EMPLOYEES, BUT THEY STILL NEVER CAME OUT.BECAUSE THEY WERE JUST IN THE BACK PLAYING AROUND. THE BOY THAT WAS RUNNING THE DRINKS FINALLY Decided to help the customers. WE ARE THERE FOR A GOOD FIFTEEN MINUTES.AND THEY WERE ALL IN THE BACK.JUST PLAYING AROUND, I COMPLETELY SAT THERE AND WATCHED IT ALL.GO DOWN UNTIL I SAID SOMETHING TO THE BOY BEHIND THE DRINKS. THEN, AFTER I NOTICED THE GUY THAT WAS SO CAUGHT COOKING.THE FRENCH FRIES AND CHICKEN TENDERS.HE HAD LONG HAIR. HE WAS ACTUALLY BULLYING THE KID.THAT WAS DOING THE DRINKS. Cheese sticks were old. Cake was dry.

Standard food-court fare which is included on the all-day menu or a la carte. Big indoor area with tables that’s dark and cool. Unfortunately I couldn’t hack the incredibly sticky wood floors in the dining room. Totally gave me an unappealing icky feeling I don’t want to associate with food!

Terrible service, especially from the manager (I didn’t catch his name). He doesn’t know how to deal with the public; that should be the best quality of a restaurant manager in a tourist park that welcomes people from all over the world. I received very poor service, and he didn’t even listen to me to resolve the situation I faced. Terrible manager. Serviced on September 27, 2025, about 6 p.m.
