First time there, we make our mobile order and pull up to the window. The drive through window was open and you could hear the employees inside talking shit. And they didn’t stop until the young woman working the window said “shut up, the window is open”. Food comes and we start eating, neither of our sandwich’s was actually put together. Patties weren’t even on top of one another and the buns and condiments were all over the package. Bite into it and it’s like biting a shoe, patties tasted awful. Neither of us felt very good later that night or today. Fries was overcooked and soggy. No salt when we didn’t ask for no salt. Bacon was like plastic, it looked like a child’s play food bacon. It was so burnt the taste was gone. Not a good experience at all, wouldn’t recommend it.

Went in to buy Happy Meal for my kids cause they wanted the Lil McDonalds toys so I chose that option. After getting the order they gave us the old toy instead because they ran out of the new one. I would’ve returned my order but my kids were hungry so we settled for this.

Ordered the Grinch meal and they didn’t put the pickle salt in it. Another time I went through the drive threw and they didn’t give me my fries. It’s hard to stop and take a look in the bags to make sure everything is there when you’ve got kids with you and you just want to get home and feed them. Or when you are on lunch break and don’t really have the time. But I feel you shouldn’t have to when that is literally part of their job description.

Check your bag before leaving because they think one pure honey sauce is enough for 10 piece nuggets. Also you’re lucky if you get pure honey because they seem to think honey mustard is the same thing.

Today was the first time I ate in a McDonald’s in years. I had to ask if I was allowed to do so. I had a Big Mac Combo Meal, which included French Fries and Diet Coke. It was good, and I was glad you can come in again.
UPDATE: December 17, 2024-This was the first time in a few years that I stopped at the North side McDonald’s to eat, but I happened to be headed to Meijer to get groceries, so I decided to stop. I ordered a Medium Big Mac Combo, with a Big Mac, Medium French Fries, and a Medium Coke Zero, a typical meal. Just like always, it was delicious. It would be nice if there were more people in there.
UPDATE: February 2, 2026-I stopped here to eat after visiting a friend in the hospital, and I don’t get to eat here very often. I tried the Hot Honey Bacon McCrispy, Medium French Fries, and a Medium Coke Zero. It was delicious! The Hot Honey Bacon McCrispy is a chicken sandwich with honey, of course, and it was so good I would eat this again. Unfortunately, it is another limited time item and won’t be on the menu permanently. Also, unfortunately, like the last time I ate here, there weren’t very many people in here, and they need more people.

Couldn’t even get past ordering two coffee’s before being told to pull up even though I had more items. They forgot my hot sauce for my burritos and gave me the wrong drinks. This place always has horrible customer service and misses items often
