Food was delicious. We got The Mephian sandwich, the Italian sandwich and a kids meal toasties with turkey. Drinks we got sweet tea, lemonade with a shot of black cherry real fruit puree. So good

First time EVER dining at a McAlister’s Deli. This place is located in the heart of medical facilities. It was lunch time and this place was extremely busy with medical personnel. I think were the only one not wearing an ID badge or on a lunch break.
It would have been nice if the female taking our order asked if we had been to a McAlister’s. She wasn’t rude just not informative. We had to ask how things work with ordering and receiving our food. In my mind, we would not have stood there longer than she wanted us to answering questions, is she took the initiative in customer service.
I was impressed as I am not a big deli food person. We ordered the Italian and Tortilla Soup and Ham & cheese with chips. I was disappointed they did not have a Sprite or Sierra Mist as a drink choice. I ordered a tea vs the choice of drinks. I should have just gotten water.

Now that I have eaten at a McAlister’s, I will try another one in my home town once it opens.

This is a well-managed and well- staffed McAlister’s. Food is always great, employees check on patrons and the space is inviting. Only caveat is the space near the front that is closed. Seems like it’s been like that for a while.

I’ve been to this location and never got anything less than a very good sandwich. They are consistently very high in quality and service. This time I I had a Horseradish Roast Beef and Cheddar with a side of steamed broccoli.

The staff was very friendly. They were having computer issues but they were incredibly kind and the manager went above and beyond to make sure we knew we were valued customers. It was a great visit.

The Hillbilly and Mrs. HB were in the mood for some good sweet tea, so we stopped in to McAlister’s for lunch. We were pleased with the quick service and friendly staff.

I’m Going 5 Stars here by the simple fact the manager- very visibly pregnant- training the young woman last night (2/28)was remarkable. I watched her as she greeted and took orders, ran food and all the while prompting the trainee how to take care of customers, pre-close etc. This woman was wonderful. She kept her cool and maintained a level head throughout our stay. Now, the food. Very good! I went Pick 2- 1/2 Savannah chopped salad and 1/2 Reuben. Very very tasty. Hubs ordered the delicious broccoli cheddar soup and the steak (a little well cooked, but seasoned perfectly) and Gorgonzola salad. ALL of it was wonderful. We’ve steered clear of McA’s for about 2.5 years after a few unsavory meals. We were craving salad and gave it another shot. So happy we did!

I place pickup orders here alllll the time and they never do me wrong! I felt so bad placing an order tonight at 8:08 but when I got the food it was perfect! I really appreciate the quality and speed every single time I go to this location, no matter the time!!! Thanks guys!!!!!

Their food is decent enough, but the prices are NOT worth it. The sweet tea is amazing, but I would just buy a gallon next time, and skip the meal. My “pick 2” meal, with a regular-sized sweet tea, was $14.88. As you can see from the picture, the sandwich was underwhelming, at best. There’s not enough of anything to justify the pricing.
