I hadn’t been to the Corner Stable in a while. A friend and I met there for lunch, we each got a burger and ordered them medium. Truthfully, both we cooked past medium, but not horribly so. They were DELICIOUS!!! My burger came with fries, my friend’s came with onion rings. The sides were excellent! The service was very good too. Attentive without being overbearing. This is definitely a place to hit if you find yourself in the Cockeysville area. Highly recommend!!!

This was my first time doing carryout here and I probably won’t be coming back again. When you call yourself Baltimore’s Best Ribs I expect for the the ribs to be the best and the ribs I had definitely were not the best I ever had in Baltimore. I’ve never had baby back ribs with so little meat on the bones. When I think of ribs I think of full tender meaty bones like what I get a Famous Dave’s. Then I had two bones that had absolutely no meat on them yet they were counted as part of my full rack. So what are you the best at cheating your customers out of getting what they paid for? Then the baked beans were NASTY!!! It tasted like someone poured a bunch of sugar and vinegar in the beans. I would not recommend you purchase the beans. The green beans were not seasoned at all. I’m talking no salt or pepper. As a first time customer I was truly disappointed.

It may be the home of Baltimore’s best ribs but that’s about it. Now grant it, we aren’t in the south. These tiny ribs fell off the bone by just looking at it. Not my version of a good rib. The Club was just that, a club. And the pulled pork was nothing special. We did eat at s lunch time. Cream of crab was a bit gelatinous. I give this place a B-. Our server, Channing, was AWESOME, though.

My very first time here and I was craving a salad. This salad DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! I sat at the bar and I smelled the chicken without even turning around. The chicken was fresh and hot! The salad was crisp and the cucumbers had the right crunch. Will I return? ABSOLUTELY!!

First time visiting last night. Ordered the crab cake dinner, it was okay. The crab cake was a good size not too much filler but no taste. Mashed potatoes order tasted like instant mashed potatoes. The drinks were the biggest disappointment. We ordered the same drinks twice thinking it would be made better… way too much ice, tasted like juice, the Long Island was very light no taste at all. The manager did come over to apologize which we appreciated but I don’t think we’ll be back

I was craving Pot Roast like my mom made. Unfortunately this was not it. very dry & definitely not fresh. it wasn’t awful but definitely not juicy.It also came completly dry- don’t you usually cook pot roast with juice or gravy?
Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes were ok. Nothing special.
Macaroni & Cheese was not good.Very pastey & bad texture. Popeyes is much better
Everything else was just ok.
Overall…not bad but not great. Disappointed because I really wanted pot roast!

I’ve been a patron since my teens (a long time ago) and still love it. The ribs always have the meat fall off the bones. The crabcakes are delicious. Onion rings are always worth the upgrade. Green beans are excellent. Always have good desserts, and if you wear their shirt to the restaurant, your dessert is free.

Food was good! Ribs were tender and fall off the bone. Flavor wise they were ok, not impressed by the meat, was by the sauce. Carolina was my favorite sauce. Fried Shrimp was disappointing- weren’t that large, and not sweet at all. Gulf shrimp should be better than it was. Crab cake I didn’t like as it was a bit strong tasting. Wasn’t bad, but didn’t do it for me.
Service was great. Prices were very reasonable too. But it was more hype than quality unfortunately.

The steak was burnt to a crisp, and it said 12oz steak, and it was the smallest pathetic steak I’ve ever seen smaller than a deck of cards.
The Ribs were so burnt they were black and crispy. We asked for sauce on the side and got none.
The blooming onion and the crab pretzel were burnt as well. horrible. The $8 caramel cake was just a slither of a piece. The caramel container was bigger that the slither of cake.
We will never ever order from this place again!

The Corner Stable is a great spot to have some classic American food. The place is indeed on a corner and is oddly shaped, but they make it work. The staff were all very friendly and our server was really nice and did a great job getting our orders right and attending to our needs. I had the fried shrimp, which had a lot of flavor, but they were a little dry – probably just a little over cooked. My husband had the salmon which he enjoyed. Our friend had the ribs and he was happy with them. He said they were fall off the bone tender. Hubby ordered the brownie sundae and that was delicious – of course I had a spoonful or two. We came here after coming from a show at the fairgrounds, so I would say this is a great option if anyone attends a show there. We will get back to try more things. The parking lot is on the smaller side, so you may have to wait for a spot during peak times.
