I stopped by the Plainwell, MI location for the first time and LOVED this location! Fast and friendly customer service and a huge variety of donuts and pastries to choose from! Plenty of seating, nice clean bathroom with lots of parking. This location is just off the highway making it easy to find and access. I will definitely be back.

Stopped in to get some Pazcki on Tuesday, they were absolutely delicious. Except the cinnamon and sugar apple ones had no filling in them. I got 3. I thought maybe the first one was an oppsie but then the next day when I tried one and it was empty I was like, huh!?!? And then the third. I know y’all must get busy sometimes and gotta get em out but I was a little disappointed. 🙁

This place is dynamite. Great selection of different donuts. Their creations of different donut combinations is amazing. They have huge cinnamon buns of different flavors. I recommend this spot to anyone who has not tried it!

Third time going through the drive thru in the last month where the cashier or worker behind the counter was too worried about looking at and scrolling on her phone than helping. First time I waited for 5 mins without her looking up before leaving. Even waved to get attention. Second time only waited for a minute. This last time I knocked loud on the metal shelf outside the service window. One of them looked up from her phone, rolled her eyes, then told the girl on the other side of the counter to go wait on me. Girl opened the window like I was inconveniencing her. Grabbed my donuts and left. Will not be returning to this location. The ones in Kalamazoo are a whole lot better. Not sure if these are owned by the same individuals. All three times there was no one inside waiting for help.
