The bosses wife, she’s amazing. Super friendly great service. The girls upfront are pretty great as well. Attentive good service.
The kitchen needs a cleaning recourse training entirely. Manager was a nice guy- no offense to him, made pretty good food, but the lack of cleanliness that I seen from him was enough to gross me OUT.
His really cold towel water with a drop or two of standard green fabuloso screamed food borne illness almost as much as if I had been looking through a scientific telescope the entire time! Lol
Fabuloso the standard bottle has no antibacterial cleaning properties in it, which is why health code states putting half a tsp of bleach in HOT towel water, not cold.
But hey, what do I know? Hope management takes this serious because with a couple tweaks this establishment would be a GOLD mine. Food would go from good, to perfect on a regular basis.
Dinners wouldn’t be with 1 cook, rather with 2 or more because thats how busy this place would be. The best food is prepared in the cleanest kitchens, remember that; management.

Loved our server. However, I was LITERALLY CHEWING PLASTIC in my corn beef hash.. When they remade my order I thought it would also be taking off my bill. NO.. it wasn’t. I was disappointed because I could have chocked and it’s not sanitizer. All I wanted was for the meal to be taken off. But whoever was in charge at the time wasn’t allowing it. Adding a picture but you can hardly see it.

The quesadilla was lush! The eggs were perfectly cooked.
Big portions for a reasonable price. Our waitress, nighttime Anji, was super attentive and very sweet. We’ve come here twice now and it’s nothing fancy but it definitely does the job, we will come again!

Been going to Sam’s for 20 years NEVER had a bad experience. Went a few mornings ago at 7a for an early breakfast with my husband. I got the corn beef omelette and I added green peppers and onions to it and my hash browns. My husband had a nice New York strip with eggs and grits. Food was so good I left no crumbs literally lol.

I used to come here a lot and always had decent food. Now you get microwaved scrambled eggs, (do you really think we can’t tell) bacon that is so hard you cannot chew it and I just ordered a cod dinner and the fish was literally GRAY inside! It costs 30 bucks for one omelet breakfast and this fish dinner was 22 bucks up 6 bucks since the last time I ordered it. Service is usually very good but food is NOT good at all anymore. Prices are WAY too high. Won’t be back after 20 years of coming here. Pay attention “Sam”…your quality is at zero and prices too high! Sorry but I’m tired of overpaying for zero quality.

I’ve been going here since I was a child. Much has changed & yet is exactly the same. It used to be a non-descript diner with good food but not much for ambiance; that has changed. The inside is beautiful and welcoming & they now have outdoor seating, something that wasn’t offered when I frequented 20+ years ago. I was pleasantly surprised to see the good is still excellent quality and the prices are reasonable. It was quite busy but we were waited on in a timely manner. My only real criticism would be that the floors need better cleaning, especially those in the bathroom. Quite slippery. But otherwise everything was excellent and I would definitely return!

Staff greeted us upon arrival and made us at feel at home. Sam’s Omelet was 3x meat, with enough to hold it together. Pancakes fluffy, just enough crust.
