I wish I could give them 1000 stars. This is my family’s favorite restaurant. The food and service is always exceptional. My daughter and I went yesterday to show support after recent events. Even after everything that happened the service was still immaculate.

I had never been to this restaurant but had heard good things about it. The restaurant itself is large and decent looking but definitely worn around the edges. The staff was friendly without being overbearing. The food wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t good. The iced tea was extremely weakly brewed. The salsa, guacamole, refried beans and fajita meat/veggies all distinctly lacked seasoning except a bit of salt and a little pepper on the fajita meat. I didn’t taste any garlic, cilantro, lime, anything. If you hate spice of any kind this is definitely your place. While bland, the food was fresh, properly cooked and served promptly. I likely won’t be eating here again, but if you want unseasoned Mexican food, you absolutely should go here.

We got a catering order for a family event. The portions and extras were very generous. The order was ready for pick up as scheduled and well packaged. The hot food was still hot and the cold items were fresh. A great experience which I’ll be doing again as needed. Thank you to the Rio staff!

Great experience a few months ago, not so great today. 2 adults but kept having issues with them thinking there was 1 of us – no idea what the issues were. The food was mediocre at best, service was difficult -the server was extremely limited in his speaking and understanding. Disappointing meal.

Very average, in my opinion. The salsa and queso were bland, my chimichangas were okay but I wish they were fried a little more. They came out looking like they were pan fried rather than deep fried, and the browning was uneven. We had a miscommunication with the waitress, but she took care of it for us and was kind. Overall, this place is okay but I think there are better options out there.
