My wife and I visited Grillsmith on New Year’s Eve in the early evening. We made reservations and requested a booth, which I highly recommend you do.
The restaurant was not very busy when we arrived but by the time we were done eating it was packed due to it being New Year’s Eve. Our server was very polite and attentive and let us know about the happy hour specials.
We ordered the pretzel appetizer and we surprised at how large each pretzel was. With just enough salt they were very good, and made for a wonderful compliment to our beer, which was also on happy hour pricing.
Our entrees were just as tasty. My steak, for instance, was seasoned perfectly and cooked to medium as requested.
We have been back a few times since New Year’s Eve and will continue to return.

Had a fantasic experience at the Grillsmith! Had an old fashion and it was probably top 5 best of all the places I’ve ever been. In addition, had the old barrel salmon and it was out of this world. We went to this restaurant because they had plenty of gluten free options including dessert and were not disappointed! The place overall had a great vibe.

Tonite I was craving a REALLY good steak, so I decided to try Grillsmith based on reviews. I invited a friend to come with me and split the meal between us. That 1st bite of the Ribeye hit the mark 100%. Once I decided I would be OK with the $50 price tag IF the steak was tasty, tender and grilled to medium request. Bullseye. The restaurant is very noisy so only 3 stars there. Service was good.

Fabulous place to dine! Even when it is super busy we were still treated so great. Talk to the staff & servers. Treat them great and they will treat you great. Enjoy the experience and the food. Excellent meal with our best friends! The ribeyes were outstanding, the pineapple upside-down cake was among the best desserts I’ve ever had, and the restaurant was a perfect temperature. We could actually hear each other talk across the table. Great atmosphere and excellent service from Erica. We’ll definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our dinner. The Ribeye steak and Pork chops were the best. Kids also enjoyed their sirloin steaks and chicken tenders. The ambiance was perfect and service was excellent. The manager also came out to check if everything was going well and we always appreciate that practice.

Really enjoyed this restaurant. We went for lunch. The pumpkin crab bisque is incredible. Also enjoyed the crunchy ahi tuna which had an avocado salad which was excellent. My husband had the chicken sandwich and though it was good he said that the chicken was a little bit dry. I know he had asked for Chipotle mayo and I think they might have forgotten it. However all in all we definitely want to go back.

Walked in around 7 party of four. Was asked if we have reservations since it was Valentine’s Day. No reservations NO PROBLEM. They found us a table and served up some steaks and chicken cooked to perfection. Great place and friendly staff. Thanks for a great night

If I could give zero stars for this evening I would. Can definitely tell there was no management on hand 3/5/2026. Service was horrible, Ahi was old and discolored, the ribs (whole rack) came out cold! If I were a server and seen a plate sitting at the edge I would have asked if something was wrong. I thought this was going to actually be a place I could recommend and enjoy, unfortunately it is not. Total failure for this evening. My first experience was mediocre, my second was absolutely awful and I will never be back to this place again.
