For the past two weeks, I’ve stopped at this Krystal after school expecting quick service since there are usually no cars outside, but that hasn’t been the case. Employees are often standing around talking while no one takes orders. On four different days, I waited over 10 minutes without being acknowledged, even with only one or two customers inside. I’ve walked out multiple times without ordering. Management really needs to address customer service and staffing. I would not recommend this location.

Ordered this for pickup for dinner, two combos, and ordered without onions and mustard, open my food and plain as day there is mustard and onion.. the meat is soggy, and buns are too. I would not recommend, and definitely not for the price.

This location is beyond putrid. Understaffed, under paid, under cooked, price gouging, website on pc and mobile is unusable and so is the app. I was made to wait 20 minutes for fries! I’m NEVER SPENDING MONEY HERE AGAIN AND I HOPE NO ONE ELSE EVER DOES EITHER.

I ordered a sack full of 12 crystals. Took 10 minutes to get them and then they were made wrong. I had to go inside and I waited another 15 to 20 minutes for them to remake them and when I got them they were cold. I wouldn’t take my dog there to eat

As I sit in the JUST 3 car line waiting for almost 10-15 since ordering.. This is now the worst “Drive Thru “ service wait time ever.. THERE IS NO CUSTOMERS INSIDE.. So I don’t understand.. I’m hoping at least the food is worth this wait.. UPDATE: So I get to the window AND THE LADY ASKS WHAT MY ORDER WAS AFTER THIS NOW ALMOST 20 minute wait!! I stayed because I have a 30 min break but sheesh this was horrible service so far.. still waiting on my food..

I don’t leave reviews often, but this location has consistently been so slow with terrible service. Looking at the reviews, the owner keeps posting the same response and after years of the same problem they don’t seem to be making any effort to fix things.
