I had the best Big Boy experience I’ve ever had here.
From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly waitress. As soon as I sat down my drink order was taken, it arrived quickly and my order was taken right away.
I don’t know how they possibly prepared my food as fast as they did as it arrived at my table so quickly.
I ordered a slim jim and fries. The fries were excellent. The slim jim was excellent. Even the lettuce and tomatoes were excellent.
The waitress I had was very attentive and friendly.
I highly recommend stopping here!

This location has gotten progressively worse over the last year. Today was it for us unfortunately. I will post photos that speak for themselves below. They are of our appetizer “Loaded Waffle Fries.” That TINY plate is it! A half handful of waffle fries on a tea plate with the tiniest amount of cheese sauce and bacon…it should’ve had ranch drizzle as well. When we said something as soon as it was brought to the table our waitress acted very annoyed and inconvenienced, we were one of TWO tables, so she had no reason to have such a weird attitude. She brought a ranch side to the table and said she was told “they only get ranch if they ask for it..” my boyfriend and I were visibly taken aback. $6.99 for that…I had a childish appetite today so I ordered a grilled cheese and asked them to add EXTRA CRISPY bacon to it and stressed that. The second photo is my burned to a crisp grilled cheese with raw rubbery bacon on it. And a kids sized amount of fries….$9.99
Oh and two fountain drinks for almost $7 that we never even got refills on. $40 for this experience and disappointing “meal”
they have FORCED us to take a new order of waffle fries as we are walking out the door because I’m typing up a review….theres no excuse and trying to force our appetizer into our hands as we’re already leaving is not making it right.
I said screw’s it and included my receipt too

My recent visit to Big Boy was absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious, fresh, and arrived quickly. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was our server, Brittany. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations. The entire team at Big Boy seems dedicated to providing a top-notch dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

This is not only a great Big Boy, but a good restaurant period. Great food and a wonderful atmosphere. The best part of our meal was our terrific server Britney F. She was excellent and very kind to my Dad and I. It made our day! Great service at a great restaurant.

Thank you Sherri for serving us on New Year’s eve. My ham and cheese omlet was delicious. My husband had biscuits and gravy along with the blockbuster breakfast. He almost finished his plate.
The restaurant appears to have been renovated. I’m not really sure. I can tell you this though it was Spic and Span clean. The temperature was perfect. Some restaurants are so cold that I have to wear my jacket.

Brittany F was our waitress and she was awesome! My kids asked for a million things and she went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of. She also didn’t have an issue taking an order back when one of my kids changed their minds about their food and made sure we got the new food super fast! Overall great visit!

There’s not too many big boys in the downriver community left. This one has to be my favorite!! Food is tasty but the service I get from Brittany F is the real reason I come back. She’s such a sweetheart & go the extra mile to make sure we’re satisfied! Thank you Brittany for an excellent experience with big boy!!

My family has been going to Big Boy for as long as I can remember. The food is always fast and delicious! We are always sure to ask for Sherrie, she has watched us grow up over the years and still remembers our orders to this day, she’s the absolute best! It’s been a blast bringing in new generations of our family to continue our tradition! 🙂
