Family wanted the chicken breakfast sandwiches, so I put it on mobile order and curbside pickup bc I know they take a little longer to make usually, we needed 4 total. I arrive, wait for about 10 minutes then get my food. As I drive off I reach my hand in the bag and only feel 3 sandwiches. Great. I pull over to check what exactly Im missing, and only one of them was even chicken! The other two were sausage!!! So I have to drive back, and WAIT, of course. 40 minutes after I put in my first order I have my food. Tell me again why fast food workers need to be paid so much?

There has been several times I have gotten a breakfast sandwhich for myself or my husband and we find egg shell pieces in the egg. This morning every bite I took had shell in it, to a point I just stopped eating it. It’s just careless practice. I understand sometimes shells break and fall into the egg, but stop being lazy and please just pick it out. No one wants a hard crunch with their egg. Thanks.

I paid for three strips of bacon and only received one I called and the employee that answer the phone seemed as if they were annoyed with me. I will never spend my money at this establishment ever again! Please teach your employees to read a screen. All I ever order is a triple with NO cheese and EVERY SINGLE TIME they make it with. I’m very lactose intolerant and cheese kills my stomach. I could understand if it was once or twice but when it happens every single time, it’s a problem.
Also, learn how to make a sandwich. My partner ordered a mcchicken. The mayo was ON TOP of the bun. I’ve worked there before. It’s really not a hard job…
