The chicken is fairly good. Full of flavor and not over-done. We did find a few feathers that the staff probably could have found if they cared a bit.
The part that gets me is the whole attitude. It felt like it bothered them that I wanted to buy some chicken!
They have 3 or 4 different flavors of bone in wings. I asked for 2 different flavors of chicken wings. With a bit of attitude the lady taking my order said “we can’t do that”
NO… it’s not that you “cant” do that! It’s that you don’t want to do that.
I’m a customer, I’m paying, why the hell not? I would have gladly bought 2 different orders but she just said NO.
Then when I got home with my wings I found they didnt even put any wing sauce on the wings or in the bag. Customer service has went all to hell at this location.

Came in happy, left less happy. Nobody acknowledged us when we came in at all. The only reason I went to the dickerson rd location is bc I was too far from Antioch.. they are always great! Ya messed up my experience lady.. and I don’t appreciate it. I’m pretty sure those peppers sitting in those cans like that isn’t food safe either!

I ordered 30 pieces of chicken from Doordash, and I actually pre-ordered it the night before on 12/13/25 . I get my delivery on 12/14/25 and there’s only one box with 10 pieces of chicken. Now I called customer service, and I talked to DoorDash and then they refunded me for the other 20 pieces of chicken. So then I reordered, because I had an event going on and I needed chicken. I got in touch with the DoorDash driver, told him what happened, and he was like, yeah, I’ll make sure that you have your 2 boxes of chicken. I get my second order delivered from him. There’s only one 10 piece box of chicken, not 2 boxes of 10 pieces of chicken each. I’m only attaching one picture of the first order that I got. There is no way 30 pieces of chicken, which is 3 boxes of chicken is in this bag. I paid almost $50 for this chicken and did not receive all of it in a timely manner. I’m waiting for refund for the hassle and concern, because a worker in your restaurant cannot tell what 3x or 2x meant in my first order and second order. That doesn’t mean one order of chicken. It means what it said 3x the amount or 2x the amount ordered.

Church’s Chicken is hard to come by now and days. So I was super excited to see one had to stop. The drive-thru chick sounded like she had just finished smoking an EL…
They only had white meat because they were closing in an hour and out of half their beverage offering (including bottled water). I asked if they could throw some dark meat in the grease and the guy told me to go down the street to Publix. If I hadn’t wanted the product so badly I would have done just that, while being over charged.
However, I must say the food qaulity was good and made up for the experience…not really, but yea.

Food just freaking sucking drove a hour to get half over cooked dried chicken the rice look like pudding paid for a large got a small. The only thing was good was the fries. Cashier walked off before our order to take a call. The manager sitting on his phone, the drive thru lady on her phone. Definitely not worth it. Drop the Texas and go back to Church’s Chicken. Just my opinion

It has been a while like two years since I’ve been to churches chicken went yesterday on June 2 went through the drive-through which is backwards order a 12 piece meal. They were out of mac & cheese so I had to order corn mashed potatoes and gravy biscuits. Got home. They put three small containers of corn in the bag biscuits were broken Mashed potatoes and gravy was ice. Cold and chicken was small. I will never go to this churches chicken ever again sad but true.

Terrible all the way around. I have never experienced such a rude worker working the drive through as the one I encountered today 01/30/26 at this location around 2:00pm. After the way she spoke to us, we left empty handed! Corporate needs a total overhaul at this location!

So I went through the drive-through yesterday, which was 2 November and it was about 3 PM and the lady was just rude so rude for no reason she kept telling me they didn’t have that much chicken but she wasn’t telling me how much chicken they had or didn’t have so how was I supposed to know she was just rude Then she got loud with me so I got loud with her back. This is not the first time this is why I only gave it one star I can’t write the service or the food or anything because I’ve never got a chance to eat food there because every time I go through the drive-through, somebody is rude to me so I just pull off. You know people go through enough in their own lives, I have to go somewhere to get food and have to deal with poor service and to be talked to like your nothing Don’t worry, I will never be back here ever again. I mean, it was very unprofessional. I’m saying if you don’t like your job lady go somewhere else I work customer service and I know how to treat people kid

Placed my order on the mobile app and upon arrival there is a sign saying closed for 30 minutes. Sat for two hours. The manager claimed they were changing the grease and another customer stated they didn’t have no grease. All the grease and chicken was burnt. So I had to go back on the app
and cancel and request a refund. I need my money back.

The people here were really nice and service was quick though the drive thru but the food is another story. My son ordered chicken tenders. One of the tenders had some type of fur cooked into the batter. He trashed the entire meal. Honestly, I would have done the same thing. We probably won’t come back. See attached photo.
