I bring my kids here all the time, its quick and they like the food , usually. This past week I picked up food from the drive thru and when we got home one of my kids bit into their sandwich and said it had a funny taste. I looked at the bottom bun and it was covered in what looked like mold. This is most likely a one off because its usually great there.

We love this location! The staff is so friendly and the service is amazing for a such a busy store. Brian (store manager I think?) is just so sweet and gave my daughter an ice cream when he heard it was her birthday. We really appreciate the amazing food, service and atmosphere each time we visit.

Consistent, clean, polite, and professional. The food is delicious and the same every visit. The interior of the restaurant is clean and if someone leaves a mess they’ve got someone on it instantly. The staff is the usual chick fil a awesome!

This was my first time at Chick-fil-a and I was not disappointed. The food was fresh, the restaurant was cheerful and very clean, and the employees were wonderful. They brought us our food and later, checked in to make sure everything was good. I was pleasantly surprised by the great experience here!

Not a fan! Been wanting to try a Pretzel Chicken Sandwich after seeing commercials promoting them. Got a meal, an additional Sandwich and an additional drink. Bill was $27. Both sandwiches were room temp and the cheese was not even warm. It seemed the cheese was just thrown on and then served. The sandwich was surprisingly small. Sandwich was good but not great. Waffle fries were average. Tables in the dining area were covered with crumbs. Servers were polite. Too expensive for the low quality.

Sad to say this Chick fil a is just not good. I’ve tried it several times because it’s the closest one to me but something is just off about it. Everything is always SATURATED in grease. Their hash browns are always soggy and dark brown, like maybe they don’t change the fry oil? I think that’s the main issue because all my chicken sandwiches are the same, soggy and covered in oil. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back because a lot of food I’ve gotten has be uneatable. Hopefully they can get this issue fixed

One of our favorite spots to eat as a family! The food is tasty, service is excellent, and the restaurant is clean and kid friendly. We love that the meals are reliably good and will please our whole family, and the kids love coming to eat and play. Plus, the staff is always friendly and so helpful.

Saw this fastfood franchise on history channel and decided to try it about 5 years ago in Manhattan NY. Was a small unit with long long lines for a chicken sandwich. I thought nothing special of it. Today 5 years after am again looking for a quick and simple lunch. Walked pass Wendy’s, looked over at 5Guys then walked in Chic fil-A in Plymouth MA. What a difference the location made. The service was on top, lots to choose from. Would definitely try it again
