It has been a superb experience from my side. Just arrived at noon I was greeted very pleasantly. The atmosphere is very good. The waiter was amazing. He was super friendly and attentive. I had bruschetta as a starter and then I had classic spaghetti bolognaise. All super tasty. I finished the lunch with a small portion of tiramisu and espresso. All very good and strongly recommended.

Spontaneous Sunday dinner. At 6 pm the restaurant was already complete full. We’re asks to wait a little for a table by the bar and get a drink there. Too bad, the bartender told me to wait until we were seated as he was too busy to serve us. So 20min wait and no drink…
The table we were given was very uncomfortable as the tables were tiny and the seats quite low.
However, the waitress was very friendly and the food was tasty. The pizza was huge.
But the kids pizzas lacked toppings.

I visited this Italian restaurant recently and overall had a good experience. The Caesar salad had great flavor, but I wasn’t a fan of the croutons—they were a bit too chewy for my taste. I also tried the pasta, which had good flavor, but it was slightly undercooked and could have used a little more time. That said, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I’d come back, but hope for some small improvements in the food texture.

I went there with my friends one day ago and I’m very pleased with the food and the service. We got a ceasar pizza and carbonaras which were very filling since the filled the plates. We were here on 18.01.2026 from 13:10–15:00. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. The waitress took our order and then disappeared. Three times we tried to order more drinks, but she ignored us. After a while, a waiter came over and we were finally able to order espresso and dessert (we gave up on the additional drinks).
When the waitress brought the coffee and dessert, she placed them on a table still full of dirty dishes (see photo). Only after we asked her to clear the table first did she finally clean it. Overall, this felt inattentive and unprofessional.

The food is quite good, the standard Losteria flavors; it’s extremely good. But there’s a problem with the service. There’s an Albanian waiter whose name we forgot to ask; he’s incredibly fast and attentive. Other than that, I’d say they were completely indifferent. The female waiters were especially good. We couldn’t even make eye contact with the male waiters to ask for the bill. I always go to Losteria in various cities and recommend them. Just a little more attention to service, please.

Today was my partner’s birthday. His mother made a reservation one and a half months in advance, clearly requesting a table on the second floor with a view of the city’s landmarks, as this was a special occasion. We carefully planned this trip and traveled from another country (Ireland) for just two days in Dresden specifically to celebrate this day together as a family.
We arrived exactly at our reserved time — 1:30 PM. The staff initially looked at us and asked us to wait by the bar. We had to repeat several times that we had a reservation. Eventually, we were seated at a table on the ground floor facing the road, which was completely different from what had been requested at the time of booking.
When we politely approached the staff again to ask for assistance and explain the situation, we were ignored. There was no explanation, no apology, and no attempt to resolve the issue.
In the end, we decided to leave, as the level of customer service was extremely poor. It is very disappointing that such an important family celebration and a birthday were spoiled due to this lack of professionalism.
I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously, so that no one else’s birthday or special occasion is ruined in the future.

When we tried to calmly and politely discuss the situation and requested a resolution, we were simply ignored. There were no explanations, no apologies, and no willingness to help — a complete lack of regard for the guests.
