Out waitress, Sarah, was fantastic. I took my father in law there for breakfast. He has Alzheimers and can be quite the cut up. Sarah was so nice and took her time to get his order correct. The food was out quickly and she was very attentive the entire time we were in the restaurant.

My to go place when I want some pancakes and scrambled eggs!! I always invite a friend or a family member when I go! I love their value meals too! $6 BUCKS, can’t beat that!! My favorite server is Sarah!! She aims to please with a smile on her face, and a little joke here and there. Sarah works hard, as others do too but she treats me like I’m her best friend and that makes me feel at home and I always leave happy. Thanks Sarah and IHOP! Also, I see the restaurant manager working hard too and always on the floor checking on everyone. Great Job!!

Sarah was an amazing server this past Sunday! I HATE coming to PTC for anything, but she definitely went out of her way to make breakfast great for us which made the day so much better. I hope that if we come back, that we can sit in her section again! She gets ALL the stars!!!

Dinner for two last night; no wait for seating but we thought a little lengthy on wait time for our entrees. But food was good when finally arrived.
NEW REVIEW: 3/27/2024: seated for two; got hot coffee after menus; nothing after that; restaurant not crowded but we sat awaiting our server to come back for at least 15 minutes; saw her and another server bussing a table….why? No one waiting! Come get our order. But didn’t happen. We left.

I love how clean the restaurant was when I got there and the amazing decor. The tables were clean and the server that I had provided service very quickly. There was no wait time!!! Once we placed our order, it felt like within the next 10-15 minutes I had my food. I decided to build an omelet with spinach, bacon, hash browns, and American cheese. Also, I decided to order blueberry pancakes. The food was very good! No complaints at all. The fluffiness and buttermilk taste of the pancakes along with the syrup was supreme. The omelet was amazing.

Today was my first time at this location and everything was phenomenal! As soon as I walked in, the gentleman standing at the front was extremely welcoming and kind. My server was sweet and polite (I can’t remember her name though). The crew in the back did amazing work with my pancakes (New York Strawberry Cheesecake). Everything was perfect.
4.5 star on cleanliness as well. Highly recommend this location.
