I went through the drive thru. Got home. And pulled my sandwiches out of the bag to find them barely wrapped. Disgusting! Whoever is on the line for orders is lazy!! No excuses! You get paid. Do your job right or quit! Simple as that!

Used to love this place but for the past year or so they have been REALLY been holding back on their fries. Every time I order a large and every time they give me a medium in a large container, its ridiculous. I don’t have this problem at any other McDonalds. Additionally, the last time I went the fries seemed like they had barely been fried.

I ordered two Double Bacon Quarter Pounders without Cheese. We had to wait 15 minutes after ordering only for them to not add the bacon, on both. The burgers were burned and nasty. This location is notorious for messing up your order smh.

I ordered my food and when it got to me it was half of what I ordered. It was sealed with McDonald labels so I know it’s not the driver. I did call the driver anyways and he told me too that he questioned the McDonald guy at the window if everything was in the bag because it looked alittle small and he kept saying yeah yeah yeah it’s ok everything is in there. Then I called McDonalds to see if they can refund me so I can order again because the food they sent me is not going to be enough for my children and they told me that they cannot refund me. I was told by Camille I guess she is the manager today 12/14/25 that I have to get the refund from door dash. I did tell her that I didn’t not order from order door dash how are they going to refund me. I ordered straight from the McDonalds app and after I made the payment they told me it will be delivered by door dash. Camille said it’s still door dash which I knew didn’t make any sense but I went ahead and called door dash and ofcourse they said I didn’t order from their app so they don’t have my order to even refund me. This is terrible customer service from McDonalds. You might be a big industry that you are not affected but you can’t just hurt customers and take their money and get away with it. My kids needed to eat their dinner and your staff didn’t seem to care and it was their fault. Terrible customer service.

As someone that has worked, managed, and trained in customer service my entire working life, I know when a review is earned!!! Every single time I have gone to this location, I find myself more and more impressed by the staff!!! They are absolutely the most polite fast food staff I have ever encountered!!! I don’t know who the training manager is, but keep doing what you’re doing!!!

There’s absolutely no point using the mobile app cos they’ll take your money and then when you drive there, it’ll kick your order out so you still have to order at the drive through. Total waste of time

My goodness the workers here are extremely rude!!! I asked the older Hispanic woman at the pickup window for a small cup of ice, because my tea had very little ice and it was hot, and she acted liked I asked her to get it from her personal ice machine. I told her she was being rude and she proceeded to yell at me in Spanish and then slammed the window. I wish she would’ve broken that darn glass! She is the 3rd employee to be RUDE to me at this particular location. I will not be going back to this McDonald’s again. I will drive a little further for the new location on Debbie or get my tea from Cane’s!

Order two kid meals and no one brought the food. Waited 30 min. And I end up going inside to get the mobile order myself. The food was just in counter. If you go to this location don’t order curbside pickup at night here. They too busy doing drive thru when me and this other car was waiting. And I notice another car park at curbside 1 going inside himself. Just lazy.

Really wish I could give 0. I ordered a delivery and they canceled it, but still charged me. When I came through the drive through to get my order, I paid for, the manager said it would get made for me. When I got to the window, 2 managers were VERY disrespectfully. Told me I canceled the order and demanded I gave them an order number. After telling the lady I did not get one, I handed her my phone and even she couldn’t find it. I then asked them If I could get my order later because I had to get back to work, and they told me I could not, then got an attitude with me. Made my order, wrong at that because they were so busy arguing, and told me to move out their line. The absolutely WORST dining experience I’ve ever had. 0/5
