An interesting experience none the less
Atmosphere was a little off. Music didn’t seem appropriate for a restaurant that attracts families with small children, and there were dirty tables not being cleaned although the patrons had left.
Pizza on the buffet was cold, some spots empty entirely. Some food on the bar had been sitting for a while. The pasta was mush, all clumped together into a gooey ball. They were out of tea on the drink station, and it took them about 30 minutes to make a fresh batch.
That wasn’t the worst. As I was at the drink station waiting, I witnessed a male cook take a pan and discard old pizza into the trash can. He slapped the pan against the interior of the trash can, before returning it to the buffet and placing a fresh pizza on it.
All things considered, I won’t return to this establishment, and I would advise others against it. No reason to pay $25 to eat cold, possibly contaiminated pizza and gooey pasta, while listening to odd music in a dirty restaurant.

This Cicis was good. I’m grandson loves it here, so every time we visit a city that has one, we seek it out. Everything was good, but pepperoni should always be ready and available at any pizza place and they couldn’t keep it stocked here.

Hosted my son’s 4th birthday party at CiCi’s on a Saturday the week we got snow! Staff allowed us to bring in cupcake trays, glow sticks, hot wheel cars, etc and it’s just so family friendly very safe atmosphere place crawling with supportive parents. I felt like my child could play independently of me holding his hand being a helicopter parent. Yummy ooey gooey pasta and the cinnamon rolls & brownies are delicious – update: after my sons birthday party in January CiCis completely renovated their arcade game room so now 100% the the games are fully functional! The day we hosted his party there were 2 other birthdays and so the kids had a blast together

It’s CoCi’s. The pizza that just came out was delicious. The service was awesome. They were so nice and made us fresh pizzas for the buffet when we asked. I ate until I couldn’t. And the brownie was. Delicious.

This was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. The poor lady at the front desperately needed help & the so called manager sat at a table by the window the whole time. The tables & floor were covered with food & trash. The smell was bad. Barely any food on the buffet. Last trip for me for sure.

I love Cici’s, there’s such a cozy vibe about it. The price was really good, the food was as tasty as I’ve known. My friend wanted the Mac and cheese pizza and they made some for him. Amazing service especially on a Friday night. Will definitely come here again.
The oreo pizza was also delicious!

I had a wonderful experience tonight at Cici’s Pizza! Amanda was wonderful and greeted us upon our arrival, and she was also super kind to my son! She has hands down phenomenal customer service skills which is not very common these days. The world needs more people like Amanda My son had a blast in their little game room for the kids and the pizza was great! Thank you Cici’s Pizza & Amanda!

Hadn’t been to a Cici’s pizza in years. This one was very nice. Small salad bar, but adequate. About 8 varieties of pizza ready. Peperoni was very good. Around $12 for one. Clean.

The job of a critic is never easy, but this meal sure was. Cicis pizza is the last of the true Italian restaurants left in the east coast, even in the united states. this icon of an older, better time, is more an experience that a simple yet humble place to eat. I enter hungry, I leave changed,.,.,

Very nicely designed, clean and air of newness. The pizza was hot and fresh. The busboy cleaned our table of plates. The restrooms were a little hidden in between the arcade and drink stations as there is a hall way that angles off to them. Otherwise, they were clean.
