Super cute Greek restaurant outside of Chicago. Great prices and delicious cuisine. I was willing press but how many gluten-free options they had! I love the potatoes and all of the meat as well. Cocktails were not too pricey and well prepared. But what really got me where the desserts the vegan cake was phenomenal!

Kefi was good, not great. The waiter was very nice and fast. The restaurant was clean and inviting. I would say the potatoes were dry, the salad wasn’t that fresh, and I had to send back the ginger ale. Overall we had a nice lunch and would come back if we were ever in the area again.

It was delicious! The food was amazing, especially the grilled octopus! It was cooked to perfection and had the best flavor! We ordered a variety of appetizers and shared them. We both were nice and full, but since it was my birthday I saved room for my favorite dessert, galaktoburiko,a custard type filling in layers of philo dough with a sugar syrup soaked in to it…omg it was amazing! We will definitely eat here again, especially since it’s in our area so no having to go to Greektown in Chicago winter..the food is that good!

Never have I had a bad meal at Kefi. The food is excellent- they do fish very well. Fish isn’t typically my first choice or ‘go-to’ but they knock it out of the park. The service is phenomenal, very friendly staff who are attentive but not intrusive. I rarely deliver five stars but Kefi deserves it for the service, great food- tons of great choices- lemon soup, (Sorry I will butcher the name but here goes: Avgolemono?) food quality, presentation & service. Thanks Elizabeth!!

My family and I celebrated my mom birthday at this place 2yrs ago, and the experience was fine. So my mom decided she wanted to celebrate my sister 50th birthday there, so Saturday 01/03/2025, we did just that, my mom invited family and co worker’s of my sister. This was a really big deal you only turn 50 once, and my mom had enough faith in this place to have it. We spent over 1,000 just to be treated very poorly, one of the guest was served water in a dirty glass and when she asked for a clean glass, the waiter snatched it out her hand, and I said did he just snatch that like it’s your fault its dirty, also I wasn’t happy with my food and when I spoke up he removed it, and asked if I wanted anything else, I declined. So moving forward our waiter was not attentive, not professional, and to my standard rude, when there was no reason to be, We were very respectful and tried to be understanding, that room was full of black professionals, Doctors, Vp of companies, and entrepreneurs. And I felt as if, we where look down upon because of the color of our skin, I will never give this place another dime of my money, we spent really good money, they didn’t even make my sister who is the Vp at her company, feel special for her 50th birthday. And to the waiter that told me he couldn’t remove the nasty meatballs from the bill, and that you offered me something else, maybe you should have made that clear that you were offering and exchange for that meal then I would have gotten something else, but to tell me there nothing you can do about it, was so unprofessional. This place was so disappointing today

Came to eat dinner with my fiancé, food and atmosphere was incredible! 10/10. The ambience was spectacular. I am giving 3 stars due to poor service. Our server, Despena, was inattentive and impersonal. Possibly due to being too busy to give quality service. She never came back to check on us, resulting in us having to ask another worker for something. The service was not expected for such a beautiful restaurant with phenomenal food. Due to the outstanding quality of food and atmosphere, will be going back but asking for a different server.

Was not impressed other than the ambience. The waiter took forever to serve us and it took forever to receive the tab. The bread is mediocre and not authentic tasting. The prices are overly expensive. The greek potatoes looked and tasted like they were cooked by somebody who clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing, the worst greek potatoes I ever had. Ohh, and then the lemon chicken soup it had tons of rice. It was horrible; it was like eating rice pudding. The fish that we ordered, even though the waiter tried to remove the bones there were still many minute bones inside the fish. It was disappointing to say the least. It was extremely expensive and dishes lacked true flavor. The lamb was not even tender at all. Overall, I was not impressed at all. The staff needs to clearly go to greece and remedy their entire menu and bring actual authentic food otherwise, don’t even have this place in operation as it is insulting to the Greek population and it’s overly crowded for hype. I would never come here again or recommend.

Pleasmet some friends there for dinner. They sat us right away, I had the pork chop, it was great. They were a but busy so service was a little.slower than I would have liked. That being said.. h
