The white lady at the front took my order and was stubborn as hell made me order on the kiosk when she was literally right there and on top of that was mad about a truck meet going on outside and giving me attitude. How is that my problem that people playing loud music outside your restaurant?And on top of that found a 12 inch long parasite like hair in my food after I ate half the burger and saved the other half for tomorrow morning. I ordered late at night through the app and was asked to park out front. I had absolutely no issue with doing so until 20+ minutes had passed. The food was barely warm and stale. No idea who manages the night crew but this is horrible.

everytime I go here food is just made like not good chicken strips were definitely not fresh tasted like they’ve been sitting out for a while I would know because I used to work at Jack in the box. I want to give a huge thank you to the wonderful lady behind the counter at Jack in the Box who helped me and my fiancée, Rosa. We accidentally placed an order at the wrong Jack in the Box, and when we showed up, we were a little stressed trying to figure out what to do. Instead of turning us away or making it complicated, she was so kind and understanding. She immediately helped fix the situation with no problem and made sure we got taken care of.
It might seem like a small thing, but her patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness turned what could’ve been a frustrating moment into a positive one.
