AMAZING FOOD AND STAFF! DO NOT SKIP THIS PLACE! Decided to try something new in the area, and glad we did! Restaurant was busy but no wait on getting seated at a table.
We ordered fried zucchini and the Sicilian pizza(deep dish). The food was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was an absolute pleasure, her name is Jackie. (Hi Jackie!) She offered amazing customer service! I travel to many restaurants to review and she was one of the best waitresses I have experienced. A few other staff members greeted us with the same hospitality. Wonderful staff, amazing food. Thank you for the experience. I don’t live in the area but I will travel to come back.

Pictured spaghetti with pink sauce and Italian sausage, carbonara with pink sauce . We also got the pepperoni roll and all the food was a 10/10 . We drove 30 mins for this and will definitely be back! Our server was also so amazing and helpful. The food is a great price and comes with a salad and roll. The house Italian dressing was also amazing. Can’t say enough about this place! Quality Italian food and service!

The food was mediocre at best. It was the lack of flavor for me but it’s what I’ve come to expect living in Ohio now. Service was excellent. There was one waitress for the whole place and she was fast and efficient.

Food was delicious (those rolls) went with a large group (14) and most seemed veryyy happy with their food. Plates were sooo pretty (yes, i meant pretty) when they came out! The staff did a phenomenal job on serving a large group (all of our plates came out at the same time ) and they were sooo friendly. The restaurant also feels very cozy, its very nice.

we went with a group of four at 5pm and didn’t have a wait, service was great she was very attentive and kind! food was delicious but a little overpriced the gnocchi were cooked differently than we were used to so we found them a little dry, garlic rolls were alright. fried cheese raviolis were absolutely fantastic! we would come back to try something else.

My husband and I ate here for our anniversary and it was great as usual. We had the beef ravioli with pink sauce and it was fantastic! Even the salad with the house made dressing is very good. And if you dip the garlic knots in the pasta sauce it is soooo good! But even if you don’t dip them in the sauce they are still great! The service is always top notch as well. We love eating here!

Ate here as a family tonight! Let me preface that this restaurant is a “hole in the wall” it is not super fancy it is super casual. Now we made a reservation but didn’t need it. We got there around 5:15. We ordered mozzarella sticks to start. I think they were a little cool and not very warm. We got salads with our meal. Now my youngest and I are the only salad eaters. I upgraded to the ceaser salad for $2.. got the house salad for my youngest just asked that it only have cheese and croutons on it… our waitress charged us $2.00 for cheese and $1.50 for croutons!! If that were the case I woulda ordered it as a ceaser salad but got charged over $3 for the house salad which came with the meal, all I did was ask them to hold toppings on the house salad… Now for dinner my husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs. I got the chicken piccata, my youngest got cheese pizza, and oldest got fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. The portions are huge! You will definitely have enough for 1-2 more meals. Which I hope is the case with the price of the food. Now I must say my meal was good but definitely lacked some flavor. Chicken was super tender and noodles cooked perfectly! My kids chicken fettuccine was $14!! Which is a lot for a kids meal I feel.. but his portion was also huge.. definitely expected more chicken for the price as the regular kids fettuccine is $8 and with chicken is $14!
Honestly the real star to the show is the pizza! My kids cheese pizza beat all the other meals by a mile!!! It was super fresh and a not to much sauce or cheese, crust was perfect! I think if I ever come back I will get the pizza… when I tell you it was amazing.. I mean that. Overall it was a good place to eat, definitely better than Olive Garden by a mile.. the pizza won the show..
For moms.. there are not changing tables in the bathroom.. so be prepared for that.

Overall, this was a good place to have a good Italian dinner. My husband and I were seated immediately (this was on a Tuesday at 5:30PM). The waitress was quick, but did make us feel rushed. The menu has a good selection. I always ask for oil and vinegar as a basic salad dressing option, and many Italian restaurants don’t have it. I will say that I also use this as a “gauge” for authenticity….being an Italian-American, if I do find a restaurant that does offer oil and vinegar as a salad dressing, I know I found a place that honors the traditional Italian cuisine. Here, they had a house Italian dressing, which was basic. It was good, but not something I’d write home about. We ordered the fried zucchini for an appetizer, which was good. Then, I ordered the baked ziti for an entree and my husband had the baked ravioli as an entree. They both came out boiling hot. The garlic bread was great, but wow, I can’t believe how hot they were….so hot that the marinara sauce was like water. Once we gave everything enough time to cool down, the flavors started to come together. Overall, everything tasted good. I wouldn’t have minded some additional options like spinach or red pepper flakes to make the dish stand out. My dish was only ziti noodles, sauce, and cheese…although the dish didn’t have meat, that doesn’t mean it couldn’t have some pizazz, like some Calabrian chiles or something. We ended the meal with some cannolis, which were great. I will say that they didn’t have to use Hershey’s chocolate sauce on them…cannolis are great without that! Us Italians have perfected the cannoli recipe without having to add a fake chocolate sauce on top! All in all, I can see how Jimmy’s is trying to stand out and make what us Italian Americans grew up with continue to be something that lives on. I would recommend visiting this establishment and creating your own opinion.

The service and food was outstanding. Real, authentic Italian food with no shortage of delicious garlic.
Service was very good as well. It looks like a converted old Taco Bell but don’t let that stop you from eating there because it’s not a place you want to judge by the outside.
Definitely a must try.

Best pasta I’ve ever had in a restaurant! Sean was very kind and helpful. He takes the time to talk to all his customers and check in. We came from Montreal and he made the Napanee experience so much better! The shrimp platter was far too salty but everything else was perfect and I’m sure it’s possible to ask for less salt.
