Called at the very beginning of January to reserve space and time for my daughters birthday party everything was set and ready to go for the end of the month on the 24th. Confirmed everything Wednesday even willing to switch to an unhosted party just cake and space for the party. Get there for the party we were there for about 2 hours already and I went to ask for the cake was then told they didn’t have a cake for me the one they had was in the freezer and freezer burnt. They had plenty of time to order one on a truck delivery with their order for the store but never did. They had plenty of time to inform me before I went to ask for it. They chose not to but also waited until we ordered food for everyone and spent a lot of money to inform me of anything. Would not recommend!

Just went in because I have a family that loves condiments. In the drive through they didn’t give much of anything. I understand that they can only give out so much but I asked for multiple for each meal I got and only got 1 in total. I went inside and the lady was RUDE. And no one was at the cashier. The girl asked if i was doordash and I said no, when I was gonna say more she walked away. I’m not standing there for nothing….. very upset with the lady and how they gave me basically nothing. Do better.

Our app code was received and the app said it was in use. We ordered and our order was repeated back to us. When we got to the 1st window, they requested payment by another card and told us the code didn’t work. They charged us for an order that wasn’t ours and sent us to the next window to get it fixed. It took several minutes for the next window to straighten everything out. They did not refund our original charge but comped us part of our original meal and charged us for the rest so we’d pay close to our original payment. The workers then handed us our food. The food we were given was accurate but the fries were cold by the time we got our order. I did not receive any points on the app. The whole process took almost 10 minutes and we received cold food.

McDonald’s food had just continued to go down in value and quality. The stores all look like depressing institutions with no life or character. The team working was okay but hurried and distracted from good customer service. The days of fast food are ending with no character and low quality food.

We were on a Across Country Tour bus 10/7 -10/8 and stopped at your McDonald’s. This is where we always stop. I just would like to give a huge thank you to management and staff that so efficiently served 50 hungry travelers and had us back on our bus on time. It was 12:30 pm. I have never had a bad experience there. You also make the Best iced caramel macchiato around. Awesome job!!! Pat and John

The employees come to hang out rather than work. We ate in the dining room and did not find a single clean table, we picked the least dirty. Order was screwed up, and going up to the counter a couple times to get assistance and apparently its no ones job to attend to customers. Both times multiple people looked at us then moved along, figuring it was someone else’s task to provide service in the dining room.

Just wish when you order your sandwiches they weren’t pre-made because than there hardly even warm when you get them. Even when you order a burger they ard barely warm. And if you ask for fresh they get pissy with you.

Absolutely rudest lady I’ve ever met works the drive through. When the order on the screen didnt match what I ordered she asked me to repeat my order and it was still completely wrong. When I asked her about it at the window she never gave an explanation and ripped the cash from my hand, tossed my change back to me and slammed the window.

We stopped here on the way home from something with our two small children, since we thought it would be a kid-friendly place to stop. Unfortunately it wasn’t. We arrived right about 8:00 pm and found that the “children’s area” was closed and the door to it blocked with a garbage receptacle. The self-serve kiosk wasn’t very convenient with small children in tow. Went to change my toddler’s diaper and there was no diaper changing station in women’s or men’s bathroom so had to take my child outside to change her in our vehicle. They forgot our cups when our food came. We struggled to keep our toddler away from the ordering kiosks while eating because we couldn’t sit in the children’s area. They didn’t give us a toddler toy as requested and when I tried to exchange they said they were out. I told them I was also frustrated by the lack of changing station and an employee said there was one in a bathroom located inside of the children’s area. I said, “you mean the area that’s closed?” He replied yes, but you can go in there, I’m a manager so it’s fine. To which I pointed out that the door was barricaded with a garbage bin, and I’d already changed her in our vehicle.

Never going to this McDonald’s again. Can’t rate the food, as I never got any. Waited in line for 8-10 minutes just to get up to the speaker. Lunch rush, it’s busy, okay. After sitting next to the speaker for 15 minutes and watching 4 other vehicles move through the other lane, I realized I wasn’t going to be served. It took less time for me to drive up the road, get through the line at Dairy Queen, and get home.
