This chick fil a was busy, but not that busy.
A. Need to communicate with customers, every ticket on their machine stayed in red, and I waited 45 minutes to receive my order. Everyone else too.
B. Send kitchen manager to Atlanta or surrounding area to learn how to keep up. Woodstock, Rope Mill, Canton, etc… handle 10x the volume with ease.
I will drive through in a few months again heading to Dothan, I’ll revisit and hopefully update to 5 stars.

This is not the Chick-fil-A you’re looking for!
Although the food here was decent, nothing else about the experience, exudes the Chick-fil-A brand. The restaurant was mostly clean, but the service was slow, and the people were not exactly the most friendly. In all fairness, it could be that they are new and we’re too busy to think about being nice . A manager had to be called just to input my buddies order and they still got it wrong. We watched two other tables get their food before us even though we ordered our food first. The person who put our order in didn’t assign the right table tent, so they had to search for us in the restaurant. This wasn’t a horrible experience, but certainly not the kind of Chick-fil-A experience that I’ve come to know and enjoy.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a bowl of chicken tortilla soup in the last few weeks in which there is no chicken in it. When I ordered this time today, December 20 I advised them that please stir the soup before you scoop it because there is no chicken in my soup last time. Well that fell on deaf ears. It was very little to none chicken in my soup. The first ingredient in the name of the soup is chicken and for nine dollars I expect to see some chicken in the soup.

I went recently and I was going to order. White bald man behind the counter kept watching me talk to an employee at the register. I wanted to chat first before ordering my food since I knew them. He went up to me again and told me that he couldn’t have his employee talking to me and asked me to go. There were no other customers or any person in the drive thru since I came at 8:20-8:30pm. It was not closing time. I found it disrespectful & ruined my experience so much I didn’t even want to order anymore.

This Chick-Fil-A needs managerial supervision. There were plenty of employees, which is nice, however they were having more fun with each other than paying attention to customers and cleaning of restaurant and restrooms. This location is very popular with locals and tourists passing through but the team needs real training on keeping the restaurant clean and paying attention to the orders. Makes you question what happens out back in kitchen, is it clean or not?

Stopped at Eufaula Chick Fil A for lunch on our way to Dothan. Been here before, as we live north of Eufaula and we go to Dothan often. So far, everything we stop there is some issue….. wait time is always awful compared to other Chick Fil As. This time was no different. I ordered 12 CT nuggets and paid $7.50 for 12 chicken bits. Normally on a 12 CT the box is stuffed full. Nope, I could shake the box with the tiny bottom of the bag pieces they put in the box AND I waited in the drive thru line 20 minutes for that. Never again at this Chick Fil A.

Numerous chairs and tables were not wiped down. There were food crumbs on both and had obviously not been cleaned since last use. We noticed upon arrival the walkway and patio area were dirty and stained from spilled food and drinks. The floor in the dining area was also dirty. The overall appearance was dark and dingy, not at all the level of cleanliness we’ve come to expect from CFA. It also took longer than normal to get our food. The food was just ok, the chicken nuggets were small and hard. They tasted like they had been warmed over, not freshly cooked . Again, not typical of CFA. We have stopped here several times on our way to the beach but this was definitely the worst we’ve seen it.

The food was good. And nothing else about this location aligns with what Chick Fil A is known for. We stopped by while passing through and relied on knowing the reputation CFA has built. What we found was a 25 minute drive through (and we pre ordered on the app), overflowing trash cans, and a lack of pride in the building appearance. It’s Memorial Day weekend and they didn’t even have a flag raised. In reading recent reviews it seems my opinion isn’t the outlier. Do better.

We are traveling from out of state and were super excited to stop at Chick-fil-A for a quick snack and bathroom break. The restaurant and bathroom were very clean. After ordering a SPICY NO PICKLE SANDWICH, we hit the road. Upon immediate inspection, there was IN FACT pickles on it which we took off in disappointment. Then a couple of bites into it; what did we discover? THREE INCHES OF PLASTIC COOKED INTO THE CHICKEN. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted. We ended up calling the store and was met with attitude and tones of disbelief. Why would I make this up?

Unfortunately, this Chick-Fil-A is not up to standard. Since it’s about mid-way between the beach and Atlanta, it seemed like a safe bet to stop here considering CFA’s reputation. The dining area and bathrooms were dirty, and the food line was all the way to the door with only ONE cashier working. Meanwhile 2 other associates and the manager stood around at the food line and did not jump in to get the line moving. At least the food was still consistent when we finally got it. What was supposed to be a quick stop was over 30 minutes.
