I was craving the toasted cheddar chalupa and drove all the way to this store from another location just to get them. I ate what I could from the twist, it was mostly cinnamon. I opened my chalupa and saw they only put ONE piece of meat in one of them.. like come on. Why would you serve food like that? ♀️ very disappointing

Observed a female employee touch her phone, text, & show other employees messages. The same female employee then proceeded to make food without changing the same gloves she touched her phone with. This is absolutely unacceptable. It’s pathetic that people can’t live without their phones or gossiping. Get it together. If something is not done about this, I will contact the Department of Health.

Got my food quick.however I received a Crunchwrap with no crunch and a quesadilla not cut and a chalupa that was all lettuce and dough. Probably due to the fact that not one of the bread products where cooked.I know fast food standards have fallen off but it’s literally in the name of the product.
This Taco Bell is cooked…….unlike my food.
But i am not surprised it’s off wendover…. More of the same.

Staff isn’t exactly the friendliness, food is good but sometimes it just looks thrown together. Atmosphere is ok with the music.

It was terrible as hell nobody was moving in concerned attitude for customers girl in drive-through just threw a woman her bag of food at the front counter. The only person that was moving like he was considering the customers was Denzel. Finally got my food and the bag was such a mess got wet at the bottom and food spilled. The worse experience ever

Cheese was barely melted on my tacos nacho fries only had seasoning on half and on top of that the restaurant was so dirty. There was a prominent smell by the soda machine and my feet were sticking to the floor. The tables were disgusting. This is literally the nastiest Taco Bell I’ve ever been in. .
