We picked up Arby’s for lunch on Saturday Oct 11th. Typically its as expected for a fast food place but today it was bad enough I had to write a review!
We ordered a Ruben, turkey Bacon Ranch, chicken sandwich a gyro and a large fry to share.
1. Fries were room temperature and half empty. No enough to share.
2. The bacon was missing from the Turkey Bacon Ranch, and if was only toasted on one side.
3. The chicken on the sandwich was flat and dry
4. The Ruben was also cold with sauce and cheese only on half the sandwich.

Decided to dine in for lunch and Stewart the Shift lead was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. He had a huge spill to clean up and was still so nice and pleasant to everyone. Great service! Food was fast and good.

I just got my order delivered via GH…and 3 sandwiches and missing ALL sauces? I isn’t like I can go to the fridge and get Arbys sauce or Horsey sauce. I did not get what I paid for, and couldnt eat my order. Do Better!

Never have I been treated so poorly at the drive thru. All that was rudely said to me was “order” I asked if there were specials and she said “no”! I said thanks for your great service and drive out of my way to the location near redwood who welcomed me at the drive thru and told me specials going on. Ugh not ever going to this location again.

This happened to us multiple times now: After going through the drive-through, they ask us to “pull forward” (which is actually around to the other side of the store.)
Where there are a few parking spaces, but you can’t sit in the middle of the lane unless you’re going to block traffic. And most of the spaces face away from the door, so you can’t see anybody coming out.
So, I park my car. And wait for my family’s food. Which never arrives. After 15 minutes, I go inside and ask where the food is, and the employees said “We couldn’t find you!”
I can’t imagine how hard they searched with five cars in the parking lot, three of which were empty.

I went through the drive thru amd ordered a double beef and cheddar and a French dip, both with crispy onion strings, they gave me a a double beef. I went in and got it corrected and there was hardly any meet on it. I then got to where I could eat the French dip and there’s more bread than meat, and hardly any onion strings on it… it was absolutely not worth the money I paid, especially when I have to pay to add the onion strings and there’s hardly any on it.

The food was put together very sloppy. All my cheese on my ham n cheese melt was on my wrapper. The other sandwich wasn’t eatable because of the way it was made. I’m calling today to complain. They aren’t cheap.

Alli at Arby’s was absolutely amazing! He was the sweetest person and made the entire experience so pleasant. He was a one-man show handling everything with a smile, and the food was fresh and delicious. It’s rare to see that kind of kindness and hard work these days. Alli deserves all the recognition!

Haven’t eaten here in a long while. Decided on Thanksgiving Eve to go. Worst decision. Been in the drive thru for 30 minutes and we’re still 2 cars away. Terrible management decision to not have enough staff, bad drive thru times and I can’t wait to see if it was even worth it.
