Ordered food on the app at 7:34 and waited over 30 minutes to get out food. We watched a lady next to us complain about how long the wait was taking and she cancelled her order and left. My husband got out and tried to get a staff member’s attention but four workers walked passed him as he was standing by the door and was not acknowledged once by any one of them, the only person who spoke to him was a young Hispanic male with long hair who was just clocking in for his shift. We requested to speak with a manager but there was no manager on duty. Every single person that was working except for the Hispanic male needs to either be retrained or let go from their position, they complained when we asked to speak with a manager. One of the workers said “oh my god” when we asked to speak to a manager. And then not to mention the food was incorrect also called corporate to report this location. This is what we received as one of the items.

This sonic likes to put their hotdogs at the bottom of their bags and then stack food on top. When I called and complained, I didn’t use any negative language but instead simply questioned their policy on stacking food items on top of hotdogs.. to me this is common sense and when I asked the supervisor what their policy is and why they are stacking food items on top of my hotdog. They wanted to know my order name which is not why I was calling. I wanted to know why they stack food items on top of hotdogs and if that’s their policy. I simply told them to train their employees consistently but they don’t want to hear that. I don’t want free food or want you to make it up to me.. I want it done right the first time and y’all increase your prices but decrease your quality. Doesn’t make much sense. I will not be going back to this sonic.

Ordered a large cheese tot – waited 20 minutes ( only one car hop and she was doing her best literally sprinting from car to car) just to receive this. This is basically a small just in a large boat.

Pretty crappy you have to wait 10+ minutes for a shake you ordered on the app and when you you get it, it’s melted and they literally picked off my cherry on my shake!!! Worst service!!! Terrible wait time, service and shake!!! I should have sent them back but this was a pit stop not a dine experience so we ran out time. I paint $10 for 2 lousy sad shakes!! Shame on you!!!

Absolutely terrible experience at this Sonic. We ordered through the drive-thru and pulled up to the window, only to sit there for over 6 minutes with no acknowledgment from the staff. When someone finally came to the window and read back our order, it was completely wrong.

We specifically ordered a Diet Dragon Fruit Recharger and a half sweet, half unsweet tea. Instead, we were told the Dragon Fruit Recharger was a “specialty drink” and didn’t qualify for happy hour (even though that wasn’t clear on the menu), and we were charged at least $8 more than expected. To top it off, we were not even given a receipt to verify the charges.

And somehow, pickles were put in the Dragon Fruit Recharger. I don’t know how that even happens, but it’s absolutely disgusting — and no, we never asked for that. When they read our order back to us, pickles were not mentioned. The tea also wasn’t right — instead of half sweet and half unsweet, we were given an Arnold Palmer.

This is not the first time we have had issues with this Sonic, but it was by far the worst experience. We gave this location too many chances and this was the last straw. We will not be returning and strongly recommend avoiding this location.

Sonic is the perfect location for a summer afternoon treat! My family love their blasts and sundaes. This one happens to be 10 minutes from our house – so it’s the one we visit most often. The staff is always super friendly and our order comes out fast and accurate.

My only con for this location is they no longer use Texas Toast here for their grilled cheese. 🙁

Sonic is a great place to get snacks and drinks. Their burgers are good and I love getting sodas there and adding flavoring to them. They have several great munchie offerings and many discounts in their app, every day.

Ordered online, didnt get the confirmation number, nor email or phone number. Showed it was a pick up order so i tried to cancel it, didnt allow me to cancel so i called the lpcation, called 3 times no response. I want my damn 11 dollars back
