I was very pleased with my experience overall. The waiter we had was very polite, attentive, had great suggestions and honest opinions to offer when I was ordering. The food was cooked the way I ordered. The atmosphere was pleasant. I was even able to watch the Tigers game. Will gladly visit this location again when in town for work or play. The deep fried mushroom appetizer was cooked well, not over or undercooked. I had the fillet with asparagus and rice for my main dish. All was very good.

If I could leave a 10 star review I would! Was my first time at this outback and everything was perfect. Food was hot and cooked to perfection. My server, Marissa, was 10 out of 10. Very knowledgeable and on top of it! I will make sure to ask for her every time I’m in the area! Good job Outback and Great Job Marissa, thank you for a great experience overall!

Outback is one of my favorite places- I have to lead with 4 Stars because they have truly changed and the quality has been compromised somewhat. Still at the value the food still taste pretty good however feels like there’s fillers in the food that doesn’t taste as seasoned as it was or they’re thickeners in the soup the potatoes you can tell or not real anymore today there was no wallaby darned or baked potatoes of any sort available because the machines were broken. I get it you’re allowed to have an off day. The server was named JoJo, who was super Duper polite And very professional. He was very attentive made sure that we had any and everything that we needed anticipated issues that we could’ve had. My son and I did enjoy our food … they did get the state right because he likes it well done, and it was my burger, which I love the burgers was medium, and it was cooked perfect as well. It’s a Friday night so they were busy, but not too busy… caution if you don’t like the taste of essential oil and perfume do not order the lavender lemonade. IMHO. The margarita flight was very super sweet, I don’t care for the mix. All in all Service maintained the five which knocked out the food taste/quality shifting at a three to give it a four overall. Of course I will be back or else. Can you get that caramel cookie skillet that has also decreased in size I did not see any almond coffee pretzels inside of it at all, but it was still very sweet and good. Good value for the money in steakhouses their state ribeye usually does it for me so I’ll keep coming back. Happy to spend my money and smiling at Outback. BTW, you sign up for the dining rewards because after spending your hard earned money you do get something for it. They have specials that they send you as well as money off.

Amazing experience at Outback Steakhouse! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. The food was outstanding — cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and served hot and fresh. The steaks were tender and juicy, and the sides were just as delicious. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. This location truly goes above and beyond with both food and service. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommend!

The food as always is really good. I had the 15oz Ribeye. A touch on the fatty side but I have also had the perfect ribeye before.
Service is always as expected; really good and friendly. My wife asked the waitress’ opinion on a meal and she was very friendly and offering her opinion.
The place is very clean as well. If you get there about 4pm you’ll beat the big rush especially on a Saturday.

This is the first time everything was perfect! Our 37th anniversary dinner and she wanted Outback! She ordered the filet and lobster and asparagus! All three were perfect! I had the Queensland chicken and shrimp pasta! Also perfect! Just wow!!! Ordered a to go and it was perfect too. We got seated right away by a very hard working young lady! Abdul was our waiter and bartender! He was so good with everyone and extremely attentive and quick! What a great experience!

Food was great, service was decent, and this place was clean. Stopped here on my way home from downtown GR and ordered a bloomin’ fried chicken with a side of cheese fries and their steakhouse mac and cheese. Their food was spot on delicious, including their bread. The waiters/waitresses here are friendly and they keep this place well cleaned up. This is not a bad Outback steakhouse location.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! Went there for my birthday dinner and was just a top notch experience. ALL the staff were friendly and helpful. Our waitress, Courtney, was the best. The manager kept checking on us to make sure we were having a good meal and even the gal who brought out our food was friendly and helpful. Overall just a wonderful meal

I had never been to an Outback Steakhouse. My friends were so excited to take me for the steak & lobster special. My friend had just returned from a road trip where he saw numerous billboards advertising the event. We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and were surprised that we waited 10 minutes beyond our reservation time because the restaurant was about 1/2 empty. I imagine they did not have enough staff. After we ordered, we were told that they are out of lobster! Then we learned they were out of wedge salads! Sydney, our aptly named waitress, was professional and nice- what a tough position for her. Luckily the manager comped our food, which made the mishaps a little more tolerable. The food was good! Loved the Bloomin’ Onion! Drinks good too. The palpable tension in the atmosphere and the empty tables made the restaurant feel less than inviting. Hopefully they can make some improvements.

Found out that my order is cancelled.
Per manager on duty, I receive an option of ordering something else or a refund.
A simple explanation we ran out, no apology.
