Burger looks just like the menu/website. Cooked the way I ordered. Kaylee or Kylee (the server) GREAT JOB! Made me feel at home and made helpful suggestions as this was my first visit. Will be back again.

I loved it. The coleslaw was by far the best I’ve ever had. The server (Catilyn) tried to talk me out of it but I knew, she didn’t want to have to make more because their probably not enough. This place knows coleslaw and sells out nightly. She deserves a raise. Anyway, PBJ burger, superb.

Shows in service big time, do anything incorrectly “you won’t even know what it was”. But you’ll find out, because you won’t be asked about your next beverage for 15, 17 and 22 minutes. “I timed it”.
Next!! Give patrons a way to give reviews on staff. They have some rock stars there “told those ones” & would still em if I was still in the bizz!!!”…
Now those playing Reindeer Games have the best shifts and are likely management’s favs… Blind Leadership is in all industries I’m sure??

Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers is a pretty good go-to and most locations are predictably good at this point. The perfectly cooked burgers, crispy sides, and attentive service make this spot worth visiting. This particular spot also has a Tesla Superchargers right next to it making it an easy place to stop in while charging.
This visit I went for the All American Burger, ordered medium. It arrived exactly as requested with a perfect pink center. The burger was well-seasoned and juicy, delivering that classic American burger experience you’d expect from a place with “Cheeseburgers” in its name.
The onion rings deserve special mention. They strike that perfect balance of being crispy without crossing into greasy territory. Each ring maintained its structure, avoiding that common pitfall where the onion slides out of the breading on the first bite.
While I didn’t partake during this visit, it’s worth noting their impressive beer selection. The menu features a variety of options, including several local craft brews, living up to the “Cold Beers” portion of their name.
The service was notably attentive, though I visited during a quiet late lunch period around 2 PM. The staff remained engaging despite the low-key atmosphere.

My girlfriend and I attend this Cold Beer & Cheeseburgers location regularly to watch games. We really like the place, which is why this was such a disappointing experience.
On our most recent visit, my girlfriend was drinking a beer when a piece of glass from the drink ended up in her mouth, cutting her tongue and causing it to bleed. We told our waitress right away, and she handled it very well. She was apologetic, attentive, and immediately went to get a manager.
The manager’s response, however, was not great. He did apologize, but it didn’t feel very genuine and came across as almost dismissive. It felt like he was suggesting it might not have been the restaurant’s fault, mentioning things like the smooth rim of the glass, etc. I personally showed the waitress the piece of glass that cut my girlfriend’s mouth, and when she brought it to the manager, I overheard him say, “Oh, that’s a big piece.”
They comped our first beers, which we greatly appreciated, but after that, there was no follow-up at all. The manager never checked back in, asked how my girlfriend was doing, or asked if there was anything they could do to make us feel comfortable after her injury. Honestly, the way it was handled made us feel like we were being treated as if we exaggerated the situation. Or worse, like we were trying to get free stuff because of it, which was upsetting. Personally, we do not believe injuring ourselves is worth a free meal.
We remained calm and polite throughout the situation, but it seemed like that might have made it easier to dismiss what could have been a very serious situation had she swallowed the glass by accident. This isn’t about wanting anything for free—it’s about customer safety and the lack of care shown after we placed our trust in the restaurant to safely serve us food and drinks.
I’m sharing this so the restaurant and other customers are aware and, hopefully, management takes situations like this more seriously in the future. This is a place we enjoy, and I hope they understand our concerns and do better in the future.

Had been to another location previously and didn’t have a good experience. Decided to give this one a try. Service started so good and slowly got worse and worse. She was very friendly but eventually we lost her attention and just started going to the bar ourselves for rounds. Food was ok. Prime rib sliders were a cold and a little chewy. Pb&j burger wasn’t bad. Honestly though for the prices they really should come with fries. Buffalo chicken totchos were pretty good, just needed more chicken. Love the drink specials though.

A small group of friends (5) decided to get together for a little
X-Mas cheer. We chose Cold Beer & Cheeseburgers on Shea and the 101 freeway. Had never been to this location.
We were seated promptly. Our server (Taylor) brought us 4 waters Not 5. Weird. No silverware.
We ordered drinks…Took FOREVER and she only brought 4
Again Weird. Then we waited and waited and waited. No Taylor!
She finally showed and we were out of beer and drinks. One of us hadn’t even receive the 1st drink. We ordered another round and our food. Then waited and waited and waited.
Finally asked to speak to a manager. One of my friends went up and asked the hostess for some silverware. Ridiculous.
Manager showed up Joe was very apologetic and promptly went to retrieve our drinks. He brought them himself. Still NO Taylor.
Another server brought our food and asked how everything tasted. Very Nice. Taylor did stop by and asked how everything was and if we needed anything. Too Little Too Late.
The district manager happened be there and came and expressed his feelings about our service. Great Manager.
The food PB & J Burger was extremely Good!
I was surprised. Overall w/ the managers and the other wait staff it turned out to be a Noce Evening w/ friends.
However, if you go…Make sure Taylor is No where near your section. She needs to be @ a desk job somewhere away from the food industry.

My favorite store in the fleet! Love the food and atmosphere…. almost any game you can think of you can watch… my go to is the bacon blue burger… perfectly cooked every time… sometimes I make modifiers to my orders and they never complain and always make it spectacular. Tatjana has taken care of me a few times and does so very attentively and efficiently.. just a lovely young woman! Never had a problem here .

I was at this restaurant with my family and we had the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. We waited till the end of this horrific event and I had ask for the manger to come to our table. When he finally did, (Mike) he was unapologetic for the events that transpired. I told him that I blame him personally for the experience that my family had. He looked at me with an aggressive and defensive expression and said what did you say. I repeated my statement then I expounded by saying that as the manager everything that happens in your restaurant is a reflection of you. Therefore I blame you for my food coming out twice wrong and then having to order something I didn’t want that came out after the rest of my family had finished their meals. That was also wrong! His response was smug. He said that he was busy fixing the rest of the restaurant. And then stormed off for the kitchen. As he was walking away, I said simply Do Better. He spun around yelling at me saying what did I say. I repeated my statement. Do Better. His response was Don’t come back here again. I asked to speak to his boss and he said just don’t come back.

First time here, ordered the All American 1/2 lb cheeseburger on Wheat served with a cold Hazy IPA (Space Dust); Sara at the bar is outstanding. She helped me decide what beer to try and the gentleman to my left helped back her up on the recommendation. This tells me, her service and the atmosphere she helps facilitate at the restaurant, is so positive that two complete strangers can bond over beer & food and that’s the whole point of a great restaurant. Fantastic job, Sara, and fantastic food, thank you Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers! Yes, pic of an empty platter CAUSE I DOMINATED THAT BURGER LOL
