While the food was very good taste wise, my chicken strips were not hot. The sweet tea was missing sugar. I added a lot of sugar when I got home. The fries and chicken sandwich were made fresh so had to wait a while to receive. Another customer walked in and asked another person how long they were waiting for their food. Chose not to order after finding out. Hoping this was just an off day. Will definitely try again.

This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever experienced. They deliberately mess up orders placed for delivery. If you order thighs and legs, you only get breasts and maybe a wing. If you order four pieces of chicken, you only won’t get four pieces. If you order a large side, you’ll only get a small one. If you call the restaurant, they refuse to pick up the phone. I thought it was an honest mistake the first time it happened. Now I know it’s deliberate especially because the receipt specifies exactly what I ordered. This is very disappointing.

Terrible ! Making this review as I stand here waiting for my food ! I’ve been standing here waiting to order( 30 mins) … everyone that was standing here waiting for food before me still did not get Anything!!! I asked if they’re hiring because I know a few people that can help and the manager said no ! But I’m not sure why because they desperately need help they’re taking orders and haven’t passed anything out in 30 mins ! Very terrible I would never come back here all of the customers are complaining and management is terrible !

Grease nvr changed but they changed owners same problems different people biscuits are now barely golden pale really with butter on top to soak the biscuit. So I made the decision to not go back there hopefully anther establishment could provide better services and food .. I need ppl who care about feeding ppl instead just came in for the check..it shows if your reading this as an employee…. chewy chicken…

Now I usually don’t give bad reviews but this location has horrible customer service. The employees always have attitudes. And fyi a customer should not have to ask for sauce that should’ve been given from beginning. I encountered only one friendly employee from all the times I’ve been here and that’s really sad. Please do better and hire people who actually want to work because paying customers do not need to deal with extra attitudes for no reason. Thank You

I went to Popeyes with a mobile order. I had to wait half an hour just for someone to speak to me and ask me what my order is.
The cashier completely refused to talk to me and even check if my order was made. I was there almost an hour before I got my food.

I placed an online order for a 5 piece consisting of 2 wings, 2 legs, and a thigh and THEY decided I didn’t deserve that and decided to instead give me a breast, a wing, and a leg. Only 3 pieces! I HATE breast. I tried to call them and they didn’t answer the phone and I’m unable to make it back out there tonight. Terrible service. When a customer orders something GIVE THEM WHAT THEY ORDERED and don’t substitute anything, especially when a customer specifically stated what pieces they wanted
